The Q&A starts out well enough. The questions are good natured, even the ones about the ending. Everyone is reasonable. The fans aren't aggressive and Isayama isn't overly defensive.
Then a blue haired man in a skirt and striped stockings walks right up to him and demands he publicly apologize for promoting facism and quit the industry altogether. Chanting each word. He tries to respond but the man screams over him every time he talks. This goes on for about a minute before a Hetalia cosplayer in full authentic Nazi regalia literally goosesteps in and pushes the man aside. He accuses Isayama of being a traitor to Japan and the Axis for not letting Eren kill everyone, opens a copy of of Mein Kamp, and begins to read aloud, competing with the blue hair for volume until they both go red in the face.
It's at this point that a middle aged autistic woman in the front row stands up, bursts into tears and begs Isayama to confirm that Levi and Erwin were gay. The room goes silent. Even the blue hair and the nazi wait quietly for his answer.
He coughs, pauses for a moment more, and finally answers: "Levi and Erwin weren't gay. Nobody was gay. Not Even Ymir and Historia. They both loved dick. Almost as much as Levi loved pussy. That's why he revived Armin instead of Erwin".
The crowd erupts in fury and descends upon him like a scene out of a zombie movie. It takes five bodyguards to escort him out of the room safely, and they just barely manage to get Isayama into a helicopter before they reach him. Isayama watches from the fleeing chopper as the horde devour the bodyguards alive. He pulls out his sketchbook. Attack on Titan 2 is announced the very next day.
