Could you imagine a Sequel where someone goes into the Paths and meets Eren and sees his actions and why and is just like

"Bruh you are a LOSER."

The only alternative is they think Isayama changed his entire mind when the most he regrets about the ending is how he made Armin look more forgiving of Eren.

That shouldn't stop the new protagonist from unfucking everything that happened before. Although having Erin as an on hand verbal and when need be physical punching bag would be an added bonus.

Oh, yeah I'm aware of that, also with the context of the story if Zeke didn't turn in his dad, everyone in his family would probably be taken to be turned into titans. I mean, Grisha was still planning a rebellion that wasn't a well-kept secret to the authorities.

Real talk, all of this Erenfag bullshit could be fixed if they just acknowledged that Eren's supposed to be the villain, and what he did was not the right thing to do.

It's perfectly fine to like villains. My all-time favorite character is a villain. Liking them does not automatically make you a bad person, or mean you condone anything they do. It's okay to think they're interesting and want to see them succeed. Hell, it's even fine for you to just like them because you think they're good looking. So long as you don't start screeching about how they were just some poor, misunderstood being who didn't do anything wrong, it's not a big deal.

However, with Erenfags, most of them do condone what he does, and they know deep down that's a really bad thing, and that's why you see them lash out so much and try paint every single thing he does as correct, "understandable", or the fault of someone else, even if the examples, and reasons they give make no fucking sense.

It doesn't exactly help that Isayama tries to make Eren a sympathetic martyr and no one ever calls him out on his bullshit without thinking he's secretly altruistic.

Hell I can see why Erenfags are adamant in saying how Eren did nothing wrong given how Isayama's worldbuilding did little to make people care about the outside world, like the most effort he put in was just other Eldians, John Boyega, some arab kids, and Not!Japan. But that is not enough to counteract how retardly racist everyone in the world is.

It really was, to the point where the final arc of series managed to take the overarching theme, moral, and original premise of the entire story, and just flush it down the toilet.

Outside of "never fall in love with your rapist", and "never set free livestock", the overall moral of AoT pretty much ended up being this:

"Never try to expand your horizons ever. Don't fight for a better life. Don't try anything new. Just stay in your fucking lane and do nothing. As a constipated manlet once said, just give up on your dreams and die because your life could be so much fucking worse, you ungrateful bastards."
