Articles & Happenings is the third attempt at a news board on the Kiwi Farms. It is a cursed place. Every moderator who has been assigned here has resigned within a year. During 2016, the political crossfire was so bad it spread to different boards and culminated in me banning American news discussion entirely for several months. It has been deleted in its entirety twice. There is no actual discussion here, it's people posting garbage. It leans much further right than the rest of the site and doesn't particularly conduct discussion because dissenting opinions are dogpiled by a thousand memelords posting shit they read on /pol/ without any critical analysis.

The only rules that can be enforced are empirical ones with boolean violation answers. New threads must cite a real source directly and must use the headline of the article as a thread title without any editorializing. Articles must be archived in some way and must link to the original article. Replies that are one word or a reaction images are automatic one-month bans from the board.

I'm creating this now because it seems like this place is here to stay and is one of the largest areas of the entire site. I might as well throw in bare minimum effort to improve it. I don't even try to find mods for here because they will quit, without exception. I've added new prefixes ("Business" and "Crime") just now.

A&H just reminds me of pre-election /pol/ and the ZimZam era shitposting. A lot of schizo's who I enjoy reading the ramblings of while also maybe having some good discussion. I don't really give a shit about what Null says other than that I can say nigger faggot here. Issue is that these places tend to get retards and plants, I don't know if it's the retards or the plants that piss off Fearless Feeder, but post-election /pol/ was brigaded constantly/ and still is by every color of faggot and fed.

I mostly just follow certain lolcows and bitch in off topic about bullshit when I could actually be working.

/pol/ has been pretty thoroughly useless since 2016. At this point it's moderated by trannies who hate it (many of whom I am convinced were installed by moot himself right before he left), posted in by redditors, read by Qtards, spammed by those dumb fuck "blacked" and cuck porn idiots, and infested with glowies trying to act as agents provocateurs, with their main audience being other glowies.

/pol/ was always raided. I used /new/ when the honeypot known as Stormfront was raiding and after when people mocked Moot for being a cuck. The issue is that people thought /pol/ was somehow the cause of great societal change when it was bored highschool to graduate school age men and early 90's Libertarians shitposting. The memes filtered down to other platforms because they were funny, Trump got promoted because he was a funny retard who enjoyed being a funny retard. People shilled Obama on 4chan and then people watched him be Black Bush.

Holocaust denial is funny because you'll get people who feel the need to defend Jews and angry Jews furious at the idea of you mocking the ashes of GamGam. Best is the actual JIDF posters who spend literal hours attacking shitposts while antisemites and bored anons nitpick sources and say that David Irving was bullied.

God, I need that image of the guy at the computer getting nostalgic about sitting at a computer. The April Fool's day where Feds and bots had no clue what the fuck was going on was great, but /pol/ is casualty of the tranny jannies :'(.


EDIT: The Blacked and Cucked threads are a weird mix of mutts and trannies. I got in a few discords and they're highly paranoid to the point of wanting phone verification.
