"What we do" is not very specific. I spent a long time lurking before posting (~2 years), coming in with the impression that KF is a hate forum, but after a while I realized that the KF userbase is not a monolith and that most people with successful threads are objectively kind of shitty. Most users also don't actually wish harm on any subjects unless they're genuinely bad people.
I, personally, log on to this meaningless gossip website, head to the beauty parlor, and make fun of shitty people for being shitty. I don't go engage with subjects in their natural habitat - that's needlessly cruel and could be seen as harassment. Nobody is forcing subjects to read their own threads, so if they face harm from it then it is the result of their own actions. To me, saying that gossiping on KF is "evil" is comparable to saying that celebrity gossiping is "evil" - it might be a vice, but that's just human.
(If you're harassing people, that isn't nice. I also think that doxing is not nice or necessary, but I get that it's part of the culture here.)

-if you're a theist what do you think god makes of you shitting on the weak? do you have a personal philosophy which allows for this?
(Prefacing this by saying I am agnostic but leaning towards theist, and am not actively affiliated with any structured religion but I would like to be.)
Assuming that God created humans, God also created human nature in all its shitty glory. Humanity is not meant to be perfect. Is gossiping and "shitting on" people an objectively good thing? No. Are humans meant to be good all the time? Fuck no. Humans are born neutral and chaotic, with the capacity to do great acts of good and evil, but most humans are just neutral and (hopefully) trying to be good.
I'm just a guy trying his best, and I'm very open to admitting that I do not know shit. I don't know what metric God uses to judge people as good or evil, but I think there's a huge list of actions/inactions that someone can participate in that would rank as more important than "did you make fun of exceptional people on the bad website"

TLDR: Humans are flawed by nature, there's way more important shit someone can do than gossip for personal entertainment.

So according to the Torah, vengeance, grudges, and malicious speech is what's bad. (assuming I'm understanding correctly; I looked over the links)
My personal opinion, which may be incorrect, is that gossip isn't inherently malicious. There are situations where it can be (people starting threads about their ex), but it isn't inherently bad.
But even if it is sinful or bad? I believe that humans are made to be imperfect and learn from their imperfections and try to be better. Maybe in a couple of years, I'll be looking back at my time on here and realizing it was morally wrong.

its not the speech itself, or holding the grudge, or vengeance but how it corrupts your soul and the souls of others around you. How it makes you think darker thoughts and lead you to darker places
 
Having lurked for roughly a decade, my personal opinion (that being the correct one) is that there is a very broad spectrum of individuals who come here under a very broad spectrum of pretenses. However, there are roughly four distinct types of poster that I've observed in the wild ...

  1. Those who simply want to express language and opinions that are forbidden in their daily lives
  2. Those who see some gnarled, twisted part of themselves reflected in the behaviors and character of a specific lolcow, and seek to attack them as a personified projection of their own insecurities and weaknesses (essentially scapegoating, like a-logs)
  3. Those who are fascinated by the sheer strangitude of the myriad idiosyncratic behaviors on display
  4. Retards

Here's the thing: God is just. Our culture is unjust. The Farms documents evil that otherwise is not considered culturally licit to document. Ergo, to some extent, the Farms serves a purpose that is consistent with the infinite justice of God.

I have, perhaps, run my mouth a little over-much on this site, but I don't generally engage in the "sneering". I don't approve of it, but I am not here to cast judgment on those who do either. This site serves a useful purpose: gathering information that is culturally illicit in the absence of a just culture.

When you come to understand that the behavior this site documents is the consequence of Satanic deceit, the desire to call people names for their deceit fades. Jesus has this to say: Matthew 5:22: "But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire." Note that he explicitly denotes the scope: his brother.

Jesus had this to say to the Pharisees, who are the ideological predecessors of today's "Jews". John 8:44-45: Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it. And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.

Calling out evil when it exists is righteous, and is the example set by Christ.

As this site serves as a bulwark of the justice of truth in a society where truth has been marginalized, there is no theoretical basis on which it is universally "bad" or wrong.
 
I mean real talk my impression of your average kiwi is that you guys are extremely lonely, bitter, people and you post here largely because it provides a space where you can project that all on others. One thing the internet has taught me is irony doesn't really exist. All the "ironic" bigotry we're infamous for is actually pretty sincere, which you can see yourself whenever you challenge it. I'd say at this point I'm somewhat infamous (who knows to what degree) for infuriating longposts. Most of the time I'm just drunk and bored and I like writing. But now and then I'll have to sit through an entire thread of "ironic" racism and when I go "Black people are okay I guess" in too many words without fail all the irony disappears and I get 4 straight days of people responding to me about how their extreme and total contempt for minorities is not actually "racism" it's like, about their "culture" and meanie woke idiots on twitter and whatever (yeah, sure, no actual feelings of contempt behind your constant use of the word nigger at all, no way).

I'm not offended by this. But this kind of shit is, in my experience, pretty much always what people who have virtually nothing to be proud and happy about buy into. We are bitter and cynical. And because of that we see the world in a certain way. I coined a term with a friend of mine "Martian Brained." Its like you wake up one day and you're Valentine Michael Smith. You are **HUMAN** but everything about the **HUMAN** world is Alien to you. And its also kind of clearly stupid.

people use racism (including classic racism like Quadroons.....or Red Mongoloids) because we have been hurt by the world and we know this alien terrible world views those terms like you view a dog growling or a Cat hissing.

No power leveling: I have things I am proud of. But I often find those things sabotaged by "other people" in my life. People who say they care about me talking shit about things I love (or taking those things from me).....I look at those people in their Soma like haze.....the Haze is on the edge of breaking for them, but they aren't becoming like me. They are just becoming OBVIOUS assholes.

No really it's good advice!

Anyway, you know how people are fond of saying "your emotions are VALID!" to people who are clinically depressed? It's not true, they're objectively not valid and are objectively fucking stupid. They are meaningless bubbles that just so happened to have rose to the surface of the constant stream of random horseshit in your mind. I try to remember that. I'm done with pretending I know everything or like I'm ever going to be some pinnacle of reason and common sense. I'm a fuck up, like everybody. And you know the weirdest thing? Saying that feels nice. Because now I'm not pretending anymore. And now I can stop judging people (my favorite hobby), cut myself some slack, and just go for a walk and smoke cigarettes and make awkward small talk with the spanish guy selling me Gatorade or whatever the fuck, and come home, cook dinner, watch TV, and remember I was never supposed to be any more important than that. And that's fine.

There's enough idiots in the world mad that it isn't the way they want it to be.
 
I like to think we're all collectively just a book of grudges. The website collects bullshit about actually terrible people, the vast majority of users never actually seem to harm the lolcows. I can wish violence upon someone, but usually it's spur of the moment because how fucking stupid they are. If you want to feel good about yourself than take it this way, you can probably point to a lolcow being immoral, stupid, selfish, gluttonous, rage-filled, or a piece of shit and it's a great way to point out wrong behaviors. I would never really plop a kid down and show them Chris-chan's threads to warn them about cyberbullying or not developing as a person, but I'd show my cousin the Tucker Carlson segment and then maybe pull some selections from a Chris thread about how she needs to get her little autist treatment and socialization.

If you wanna feel bad. You could be doing something better, online communities are ultimately gay wastes of time. You're not fucking organizing mass rape, handing out contaminated food, trying to groom kids. This is gossip to an extent, but not even idle gossip from the bible where you actually hurt your real life community by saying that Joseph should stone that cheating cunt Mary even though Joseph was 70 years-old and shooting blanks at that point, if he could get it up.
