So I've been reading CS Lewis' Space Trilogy lately, and he makes a rather interesting observation throughout. In the books, he posits the existence of a class of beings - the hnau, as they are called in the Old Solar Tongue. These hnau are, essentially, sentient beings - they include otters, giants, mermaids, and all manner of strange alien lifeforms, including man. What makes a hnau a hnau is the capacity for reason. The hnau differs from a beast in that it can think, and speak, and grow wise through interacting with the world, making choices in accordance with God's commandments.I'm thinking no. But what do you think?
In case anyone is wondering, South Carolina hates Ohio because Ohioans are basically their Californians.Go ahead and tell your buddies the other states don't want them and they're ruining the local economy with their ballooning housing prices. Fix your own state before you come ruining ours.

Us Texans rarely ever make jokes about Oklahoma other than it being flatter, less well off, and having more tornado risk. We despise Californians and want them banned from residency and voting rights in Texas.I love the fact that Oklahoma and Texas just share a mutual dislike of each other and California is in the background thinking "Hey Texas, please notice me" while surrounded by loads of other neighboring states that hate them.
as a californian, i say noI'm thinking no. But what do you think?
