Anything in excess can be bad. If you start getting headaches when you don't consume an energy drink or some coffee in the morning, it might be time to cut back for a week or two. Caffeine dependency sucks, just like any other chemical dependency. Or were you looking for a joke answer?

Remember when they used to be called "health drinks", and they can't call them that anymore because of how shit they are.

Seriously though, don't drink that trash. It's bad for you and they don't even taste good.

At the end of the day it's an energy drink and even if it's bad for you it definetly is not as bad as smoking/drinking/eating fast food. As long as it won't be revealed that some ingredient x in them is the equivalent of asbestos or some other turbo cancer causing chemical they will be fine.

Also, "muh B12" lmao!

it's at the point where even a single energy drink now eats away at the enamel on my back teeth and it hurts to brush for a few days, guess that's my sign to stop drinking them. i'm not even an addict like asmongold i just like to have one every week or so. guess that's over.

I wake up, take two caffeine pills (270mg), work out for an hour and a half, shower, dress for work, grab a sugar free energy drink (200-300mg) for the trip to work, get to work and drink 2 coffees (160mg), have another sugar free energy drink before lunch (200-300mg). It's not uncommon for me to break 1g of caffeine before lunch. And when I do my heart rate slows, sometimes into the high 30's. Its when I do my best thinking, like "Oh fuck what did I do" and "when did a cloud pass over head and dim my office light?"

I can chug caffeiene right before bed and sleep all night, or I can skip all the caffeine as long as I have water to sip on. What I'm saying is, when the they sneak into my bedroom and try to overdose me on caffeine they inject into my veins, I'm ready.

I drink a monster a couple times a week. Sip them over ice for the course of the day. Doesn't fuck me up like coffee does. 160mg per can of sugar free blue Hawaiian monster.

Probably not great for me. Im not sedentary, 4-8 miles a day, weight lifting thru the week, but laptop job. I also smoke a joint or two in the evening. Eat cheese direct from the fridge. Etc. Who is perfect?

Could be worse know people ripping lines daily and drinking hard never exercising etc.

Celsius is pretty satisfying without the heaviness or crash. The Sparkling Orange flavor is tops:

There was a story when I was in the military of a guy who drank like 2 or 3 Bangs right before a PT test and had a heart attack on the track lmao

I drink sugar free red bull and have zero heart problems. (Not everyday) Plus literally everything is bad for you. Sugar? Bad for your teeth. Lemons? Also bad for your teeth.

Used to be somewhat addicted to Monster. Drank one or two big cans a day everyday for a few years. I also tried every energy drink I could find. But Monster really was the one brand that was highly addictive for me.

Terrible for heart, guts, teeth, and I had massive withdrawals on days I didn't drink it. Pretty sure my joints were inflamed because of this. Not to mention the financial impact.

Decided to quit a few months ago and it's been a good decision. I replaced them with a glass of orange juice with a 100mg caffeine pill. I sleep better, I feel better, my workouts are even better than during the addiction.

I considered in the past to drink the Celsius ones but they had all artificial sweeteners and I really think based on my anecdotal experience that's they're worse than sugar.

You're my nigga from another migga. I don't know what is it that Monster does differently but it does scratch the itch that no other energy drink can scratch. Is it the way that they're carbonated or what?
My absolutely 10/10 flavors are sugar free peach and (when it was still in production) sugar free ginger beer. Maybe it's a good thing it's not available in the stores because I'd drink 4 a day instead of 2

Maybe I shouldn't tell you this, but the Full Throttle Monster (which used to be the Lewis Hamilton one) has a peach flavour.
