Just referencing stuff he was cleared on and saying he "probably did it" type statements. He's trying to do the "allegedly" kinda thing but didn't even actually say it, just popped it up on screen to cover his ass. NAL, but it seems there's a case for defamation.

Not when you've got the levels of fuck you money these two (fantano not as much obviously) have. Radke also has a helluva legal track record.

The only thing I can really see as potentially defamatory is Fantano's statement that Radke "ripped off" a smaller band, whatever that means. The statement that Radke was "dead to rights" for throwing 4 micstands might be as well, but the problem is these statements are so vague and meaningless it's probably hard to prove anything.

This is a lolsuit between a violent retard (Radke) and a reddit soyboy (Fantano). For all of Radke's many, many, many faults he at least has the capacity to be entertaining, which is a lot more than I can say about Fantano. I'm not siding with Radke per se, mainly because I think his case is rather weak and I dislike defamation lawsuits more generally, but I do hope he drags this out as long as possible for my own amusement.

It's from the musician Charli XCX, who generally makes hyperpop music (a genre that mostly appeals to young girls/women, gays and troons.)
