How can you hate E-Rock? Also, the amount of abuse he received is only comparable to the shows they Jocktobered, and he always took it in stride. He's also the reason so much stuff was archived. In many states, it's a flat law where you're fair game once you hit the required age. I think some places have laws about age ranges, where 16 and 18 is legal but 16 and 20 is not - just as an example, but don't quote me on that. I also know that at least Massachusetts has some old chastity blue laws, where parents of a 17 year old could press charges against a ghoul, if they wanted to get the guy to fuck off, but my understanding is those are different from statutory rape charges. State laws vary on this stuff quite a bit.
