I doubt it. Opie has gotten offers from terrestrial radio and turned them down because, according to him, he does not need the money or want the stress.

On his streams, he's said that he has the NYC penthouse, he has the Hamptons beach house, his kids are set for life, he gets to spend time with his kids in a way he didn't when he worked (and he has voiced explicit regret about that), his wife is taken care of if he drops dead tomorrow (and is happier with Opie not working so much), and he can do whatever he wants. Why would he give that up so he can fight his way into the city and broadcast a milquetoast show for gas money?

It's probably true. I remember for the morning drive time daily a place near me offered 60k, which is an insult if you're used to a million a year like Opie. He can survive just off the interest and make more. Opie easily has "earned” over $30 million from radio and because he wasn't playing $5000 hands of blackjack he was able to keep that money and put it in a bank to grow a nice nest egg.

By Anthony’s own admission, he and Opie had the same money manager who invested the bulk of their income in low-risk funds and only gave them what they needed to live on. He said at the time he really wanted to go out and buy a bunch of sports cars and houses for his friends and family, and that he’s eternally grateful to that guy for making him manage his money like a prudent adult.

I could've sworn at one point opie considered getting kitchen nightmares to do a show for the sake of the publicity promoting his brother's (and his) restaurant, the number of times on the show the Opester named dropped fh yet the business still didn't do well financially is not surprising in the least. To Opie's credit, it was a write-off to something that cost him pennies to run considering the Sirius money he was making at that point.
