The only thing I can remember from Neo Yokio other than the Tolberone shit would be this clip
I've seen ugly bastards who are more appealing to the eyes than this mother fucker.
 
Just caught up on solo leveling manga and I enjoyed this pure dark jesus mode power trip. The hilarious part is that everyone who's not Korean in it is fucking scum or at least shady. I remember reading some other korean material and it was also the case. Is this manifest of their culture or what? Don't trust foreigners?
But I have to say it's first time I gave korean product a real chance and it was great.

I started reading Komi san can't communicate, I kinda wish the MC wasn't hated by everyone and was just normal though, maybe even forgettable.

The hatred thing is dialed back pretty heavily as it goes on. I think it was just used to show how extreme the difference is between people’s perception of Komi and who she actually is.

The black sushi chef is not even that offensive of a character since he is a badass former russian mercenary who can kick ass and is a peaceful man. I seriously think The Guardian is just trying and failing to try to insert western politics into an Eastern medium.

and Darker than Black had a black MI6 agent with apparently natural blue hair. (...also, looking at this screenshot, it's kinda weird how they look badly pasted onto an actual photo background. Never noticed that while watching, huh.)

There's also several characters that more lean into middle eastern like setsuna f seiei (before the movie) who comes from a made up country in the middle east.

Setsuna's country is fictional (and based on Iraq), but I'm 99% sure the show said he was Kurdish. As for Loran, he's from the far future and all the races of people on the moon blended together, that's why he's dark skinned. It must've happened on Earth too since there's a bunch of other dark-skinned characters in the show.
 
Hell, this season alone has this dude from Haikyuu, Aran.

Eyeshield 21 has a black guy named Panther who has legs that allow him to run fast and jump high, lol.

Also Morgan who has gold teeth, purple shades (with gold frames), and like 20 gold earrings.

So there's another 2.
