So that Ninja Batman was digitally released recently, and uh... maybe it's because I'm not that big of a Batman fan, but what the fuck did I just watch? If I didn't know any better, I'd say this was a fanfic made by some weeb/Japanophile--maybe a troll fic, I dunno. I still don't know how I feel about it, I'm just going to sleep it off, I guess.

The character designs were pretty "meh" with Robin being the dumbest-looking of the bunch, but at least the art direction was neat. *slow shrug*
 
Best friend and I started watching Black Lagoon a couple of days ago. Just finished episode four earlier tonight, and boy do we like it because, among other things, there are no wangsty teenagers, annoying children, or sickeningly cute mascot characters to be found! Halle-frelling-lujah!

It's kind of what was implied several chapters earlier, though - even though I assumed it would end up with Casca's mind refusing to become healed instead of becoming healed and then fracture again. If it turns out I had to endure like 7 years of Guts' Loveboat Shenanigans just to end up with Casca still being a vegetable, I am going to be pissed.

Anyone else read ARIA? It's a rather old series by now.

I like how they have technology, yet it runs "behind the scenes" instead of running their lives.

It also is a neat way to learn a little about Venice in real life.

I've still yet to read the manga to play catch up, but I'm a sucker for spoilers so I've been taking peeks. And this is my reaction to it.

Doflamingo fight was good, but the Dressrosa arc is incredibly long. Zou arc will probably be a very pleasant surprise for you , it looks kinda uninteresting at first, but it starts the very rich creative streak that Oda is on right now.

But today's chapter.. wow, just wow.. I am still very, very hyped up.

My favorite part was seeing my boys Crocodile, Blackbeard and Shanks again. So many players out there for Oda to play with, the upcoming war will be amazing!

Seeing Coby again was a nice surprise too.. I think he will be our main man in the Reverie arc.

Also, judging by Big Mom being back in Whole Cake Island, did that battle already end?

Yeah, I was severely disappointed with the chapter as well. I wouldn’t have minded if this chapter was showing Griffith’s cracks beginning to show- like with people becoming more suspicious of him or something... but it feels like Miura doesn’t give a fuck anymore.
