To the shock of no one, One-Punch Man's third episode of the season did nothing to improve. About two minutes of subpar action and talking heads for the rest of the episode. Even had a sequence that was a minute straight of literally just three or four PNGs plastered on the screen with no movement. At one point a male character was drawn as a woman with breasts in some kind of freak mistake, probably some outsourced animator that had no idea who the character was and assumed he was a woman. Also copy/pasted assets.
) is a completely different production headed by a completely different studio and director.
