After he accidentally saves her from being trafficked by yakuza, she asks him out, and Makoto is all for it until Latina starts going for sex right then and there. This is at least half of the jokes in the story - Latina wants marriage and babies and Makoto, while wanting her, has some common sense and would rather actually graduate first.
to be fair, this is accurate in rural mexico
i'm still not sure where she's supposed to be from though
didn't they say native brazillian of all fucking things to be?
what the fuck

The translation wasn't released by the writer, it was some guy who did it.

She's from a tribe from the Amazon, though no specific placement was stated besides 'she can speak English and Portuguese', meaning she isn't from any Hispanic country. The trafficking I mentioned happens in Japan of course.

The author actually made a note in the afterword about how, to his surprise, the natives are basically brown/red Asians rather than the bombshells he expected, but he decided 'You know what? This is fiction, I'm going to do what I want'. While obviously her design isn't realistic, I'm just going to say she works as a native, especially considering the story touches briefly enough on the conflicts between natives and farmers and the differences in society.

In an early scene, the class prez tries to bring up how the modern woman has more priorities than marriage and children, and she responds with 'well I heard Japan is having problems making babies so I think making babies should be a priority, right?' and it's a literal "BTFO" moment.

i have no idea why you're spoilering this
most people here will either not read it or do it ironically because lmao
you think the guy would've done a simple google search on the subject

The Robot Wife anime is .
Do you recommend? The plot sounds like something that will try to portray robo wives as amazing in a depressing way, or will lecture how it's bad.
that's not even the most stupid thing about that
get this, gojo had a backup plan the entire time
give sukuna's last finger to nobara so she can stab him to death with her curse that attacks the soul

are you wondering why they didn't try to heal her before the fight so she could do this?
so is even the most loyal jjk fanboy
those with a modicum of sense are laughing their asses off at this entire shit show
Wait that was an option? If the fingers reflected damage directly to the soul couldn't Sukuna be killed way beforehand? Why not give Nobara a finger and a plane ticket to the USA so she could attack him from there?
Also a big point of her being hidden is because Yuji shouldn’t know due to the risk that Sukuna could know due to a connection with Yuji’s soul. Yuji was kept out of a lot of plans like Todo being around still and the stupid Gojo-Yuta plan (that is still the worst thing in the entire arc, somehow Yuta made a plan that relied on Sukuna getting in such a clean slice on Gojo for him to pilot his body. I am convinced Gege did that to piss on Gojo fans).
Not telling the protagonist is such a shit trope. It doesn't even make sense since Sukuna was never shown to have thought of her as a threat and if she was one then Sukuna would have made sure she was dead rather than accept the very probable lie. Also what's the point of the whole power level scale in the show if someone who is a C level could still wib through rule lawyering?

Stuff nobody cares about award

just take solace in the fact you are the superior weeb or a consumer of japanese media that isn't a complete retard
Pretending weebs don't exist whenever I'm not actively mocking them is how I've interacted with people talking about anime online for the past 20 years.

I just like watching dumb teenagers fall in love and over the top battles, I am a simple man.

When would they adapt this to an anime?
And that last comment
If she said that to Americans what be their reaction?

Speaking of which, is the hammer girl alive after getting her head burst open or is she some sort of a zombie? It's the former it's absolutely retarded no one told the protagonist she's alive despite her being even less important than Sakura was.

I mean her fate was left ambiguous for 4 years. And in the chapter was confirmed that her body was healed but she was in a coma until 30 minutes (which is a neat plot convenience) before she could hammer the nail.

Recent JJK comes across to me as Gege's version of turning in a report last minute.

It's such a fucking mess, and not even the beautiful kind.

While I personally like JJK

I do think objectively it is rushed and Gege wants to go through every idea he had planned.

Reason for why is because Shonen Jump authors usually have to arrange with the magazine as to what chapter they are going to end on months to a year in advance so the magazine knows how much supplies the author is going to use up.

Thats likely why a lot of shonen can usually end up rushed since authors tend to low ball their actual expectations.

Like there’s a reason he had to split 262 into two parts then making 262.5 “263”

Lowkey it sucks enjoying Japanese content while knowing some of the most pathetic, self-hating weebs make up most of the western audience.
I really wanna see what happens when you tell them what japan was up to in the past. fucking weaboos....

if you're into that plastic memories apparently isn't that bad (never watched it myself tho).

Ah, Uchuu Keiji 556! Always puts a smile on my face, especially since he's Keroro's friend. That episode also had a Justirisers reference, and on the toku set he fought in front of a bunch of floating skulls, similar to Hikaruon's surreal background for the final fight -- the people who made Keroro really knew their stuff.

Finally finished Owarimonogatai after all those years. I think what grated me the most by the end is how Araragi is a tremendous mary sue, and his "saviour syndrome" doesn't really work narratively. The novels should at least played with the fact that seemingly he will only give a shit if the supposed victim is a female. It worked better with Shiro from FSN because the dude pretty much lived a hermit like lifestyle.

Plastic Memories was kino. There were probably other media like it, but the idea of android being glorified iphones who live as long as a dog is pretty brutal.
