No, Toriko guy had a different thing. Apparently he paid a prostitute for a night, but the prostitute didn't tell him that she's underage. It went to court later & prostitute was found guilty.

the start is a bit slow. it gets better once the other knights joins. the problem i have with it is they keep changing scenes from the manga or just outright remove them.

for some reason, they trying to make yuuhi the most boring main character ever but even in the earliest part of the manga, yuuhi was a Bastard and that is important beacuse he change from a bastard with legit issues, into a decent human adult. there were three scenes from the last episode that was changed or removed that are kind of important to understand how Yuuhi sees the world and other people.

as for the animation, its not bad but it feels "too clean and safe". they even removed the blood and i have no idea how they gonna keep up with that beacuse there will be alot of blood later on.

I figured we would just get more epilogue stuff not a whole new wrinkle in the story like this..

Seems everyone who lived got what they wanted. Asirpa gets her people's culture preserved, Sugimoto spends his life with her, Tanigaki has a family, Tsurumi protects his country from the the Ruskies, and Shiraishi rules his own damn country.

I mean Tsurumi was basically Big Boss, but with the brain damage of Venom causing him to more volatile.
I don't like Asirpa's ending just because Agrarian Societies really have no leg to stand on against Industrial ones, Hunter-Gather Ones like the Ainu were fucked because the choice between which Empire to be absorbed by was already out of their hands. I found Wilk and Kiroanke's plan retarded because they had neither the numbers nor the actual ability to get arms delivered for their rebellion. It's just too cheesy for me, no matter what the Ainu were gonna die out or change.

Tsurumi and Sugimoto had entertaining and plausible plans. Tsurumi just want to try to get Manchuria and parts of Russia, but actually had some military backing and connections within to probably fail at it, but it was believable enough. Sugimoto just wanted to keep a promise to a friend and move on. I wish Hijikata just died earlier on, his role in the story stopped being cool the 2nd time it happened and his plan was more retarded than Wilk's where he just wants to relive his glory days.

Also, Tsukishima didn't get what he wanted at all. Fucker got rused by everyone.

At least with stuff like Black Lagoon OVA I felt it was more believed and well done. I despise Gate with a passion, and how the FSB, and CIA get their shit pushed in by magical death haram loli, and glorified reservists.

Niggas don't loose a single Gook while occupying the gate area afaik. 'Cept that one that gets stabbed in a bar fight but is just injured. I just wanted Star Gate the anime, but no. We got harem shit, I am salty.

It’s a good time to start. The third and final seasons is about to come out.

And yeah, like @BeepBoopBeepBoop said, it’s pretty much a 1:1 adaptation. The anime even tries to match the manga style as well.
