That was a joke, but you do know Marcos Jr. would be arrested if he ever stepped foot on U.S. soil?

That is common fact. However according to this article

Wasn't there an episode in Zeta where he attended a meeting with Mr. Wong and it took place in some McDonald's expy? And I don't think Mr. Wong likes him much.

I just found out that there is a sound drama adaptation of Fate/Zero, a fully completed one, And it was the first adaptation of the story. So you have the whole content of the novels + original music, sound effects and all.
And the whole cast of the anime version is based on this version.

Also this makes Fate/zero being a story that you can read the novel, listen to the audio drama, read the manga or watch the anime.

This would be pretty cool if it wasn't fate zero of all things...

Nothing I heard of. He did want Biden to attend his in auguration. No news of the live action Philippine made Voltes V neither.
I've always found it interesting there was never a low-budget Voltes V remake/sequel in the 00s given the series seems remembered well enough in Japan to always show up in Super Robot Wars and that was the era they did all sorts of 70s remakes/sequels like Mazinkaiser and Kotetsushin Jeeg. They obviously know it would sell well among the Filipinos.

According to talent management agency 81 Produce, veteran voice actress Kumiko Takizawa is sadly no longer with us. The announcement states that she passed away on June 11 at the age of 69 due to a heart attack, and her family already held a private funeral.

Kumiko Takizawa

Takizawa has many roles to her name, including Grandis Granva in Nadia – The Secret of Blue Water, Shaia Tove in The Super Dimension Century Orguss, Panther Zora in New Cutey Honey, Madoka Nagasaki in Miss Machiko and more.

She will be missed by fans the world over, and our thoughts go out to her family, friends and colleagues.

Talented voice actress who was in a lot of mainstream/obscure anime not known to a lot of people. I never knew she was voicing in New Cutey Honey, either.

Shield Hero season 2 is ending and I have to say I renege on my earlier comment about it turning around mid season. It still sucks. No epic underdog plot, no real challenges for hero and crew. MC ends up being a side character and antagonist is just an otaku edgelord.

3 year wait only for it to be straight garbage. Guess I don't need to watch this series anymore; another one off the list.

I think this is a bit of a skizo idea, but when it comes to manga I am slightly convinced there is a weeb filter in the west where 90% of all manga the gets popular on reddit or /a/ is weebshit because 90% of the scanlators are weebs that will only translate that shit (anime not so much but that's besides the point).
Every so often I find a series or two that seems interesting but gets left on the wayside because the autists translating them can't grift any internet points from them, and said series are extremely unlikely to get an anime to drive up any interest because one part volume sales, one part any adaptation in store is more likely a J-drama.

This is one of the reasons where I grudgingly give mangaplus some praise because even with shonen jump's popularity, only half the magazine was reliably translated at best beforehand and I will argue there are 5-6 series currently running that would of never gotten picked up by any scanlation team and would of never had any following in the west.
