It's actually because the manga is much more lewd and they think the manga is basically porn. Despite the fact the most sexual things drawn are just lewd faces and poses (Wow how pervy). It's meant to be comedic but people on twitter act like this should've been some serious story instead of a comedic one shot, and act like someone drew hardcore porn (despite the fact it's really harmless and Araki himself has actually done worse in the manga in terms of perverted stuff). It gets stupider when puritan fans act like Araki would be disgusted by this despite the fact Araki's stance on people doing spinoffs or adaptations of his work that deliberately are not meant to follow it is this:

"Every film belongs to its director. Feel free to destroy the original universe if you need to."

NOTE: This is about the Diamond is Unbreakable live action movie. But he definitely allows his people who do this sort of stuff with spin offs and the like to go crazy with Jojo.

That and Araki has drawn more perverted stuff in the manga especially in Parts 7 and 8 alone that has more nudity than the “soft core porn” spinoff

That is one of the reasons I can't stand certain "fans" when it comes to anime or manga nowadays. They lash out at shit they find offensive, yet defend and justify stupidity such as shipping, subtext that isn't there or headcannons.
 
What an end to the child arc of Mushoten. I was expecting an Eris POV but literally everything else in this episode came out of left field and sucker-punched me square in the jaw. This series really is a masterclass in adaptation, the next season cannot come soon enough.
 
Overlord Season 4 confirmed coming in 2022 and a movie covering the Holy Kingdom arc is in the works. Hopefully the 3D is a bit better, but I'm pretty hyped to see one of my favorite Ainz moments finally getting animated.

I think he provided a list of other people involved and got a lighter sentence for being an informer or something. At least I remember hearing something like that.
 
So in kind of related news, a few days ago the author of "Oshiete Galko" was declared missing by his family, though he finally showed up again. But then its revealed that apparently the reason he's missing was because he's arrested for importing CP stuffs from Germany. Its still a developing story
