Yeah like I hoped that too but it doesn't surprise me given how batshit insane the music industry is about copyright. That and Jojo seems to have a history of these localizations since even in the games have to localize the names. I said this in the Jojo thread but I think this has to do with what happened when they tried to localize the Jojo PS2 game where Prince's legal team made sure it was never released due to a stand being named after a Prince song
At this point ridiculous localized stand names are pretty much a tradition, it would feel wrong not to hear what the stupidly silly translations they decide to make for the Part 7 and 8 stands.
I'll say, I found out a few days ago there's something called a melody copyright claim on youtube, which means most of the time cover songs preformed/sung by someone are subject to copyright strikes and if there not deleted all ad revenue goes to the label holder of said song.
I’d say no. The final arc is a dumpster fire from start to finish that tosses out a bunch of one-note villains, and that’s not even touching on the ending. There’s only one chapter of the bonus hell arc so far so I can’t judge it too much but it seems to be taking on a darker tone.
Other than being rushed AF towards the end and the last two chapters being a 10-year time skip, it's not much worse than the Arrancar arc. If you enjoyed everything that came before it I'd argue it's worth at least skimming.
I like the show, even if reddit loves to constantly mention it every fucking time. Its a breath of fresh air to the constant Isekai LN shitter craze.
I think it predates the isekai craze by quite a bit. It's just annoying in anime format because it's a slow burn romance with small episodic mini arcs it stretches across several episodes. I guess I'll have to look up the novel.
Don't forget top tier potato reaction faces and villains at least that's what the Brimhats are so far along the story having very intricate designs and the best fashion sense.Who else reads Tongari Boushi no Atelier (Witch Hat Atelier)?
I love mangas that have a good mixture of action/cutesy stuff.
Definitely cleanse the bad taste after reading another isekai copycat manga.

I wish he could have made his movie before Weathering With You came out, that way I have a palette cleanser after forcing myself to watch that abomination.
I know Miyazaki is a huge tank sperg so maybe Girls Und Panzer wouldn't be too bad. But then again, I don't think he liked moe that much.
I didn't care much for Your Name but what issues did you have with Weathering With You? I thought it was a much better movie in every way.
but we already have mushoten ond ousama ranking saving anime, and the last few films miyazaki made were complete trash. This feels less like a last hurrah and more like a stubborn ree if you ask me.

I was drunk the first time I watched it so I decided to try it out again and found it to be a lot of fun. Ended up watching the rest. The excitement of the characters is infectious and the music is catchy.
