Yeah. Dracula basically acknowledges that he just mugged a man for money just to get some food.

*Edit: Considering the wheelchair kung fu scene, it's funny to consider the old guy attacks someone in public with a bladed cane. One can only wonder, where is the police?

They're apparently there - at one point, the old guy says they can't kill Dracula as a human because the police would arrest them and never believe that he was a vampire.

Still, if that's one of the main problems you have with the film...

Really nerdy question, but are there any sci fi anime or manga series with interstellar travel and exploration like Star Trek? I know there's a manga adaptation of ST out there, but I'm talking about more original series here.

It seems like virtually every manga and anime series is set in high school in Japan nowadays...
Space Dandy...kinda

He's a dandy guy.. in space.

So far, Dragon Ball Super's been decent. It started out really slow but once Goku hit his new form the fight between him and Beerus picked up. I just don't like some of the changes from Battle of Gods, like how at the end Goku loses pretty bad without Beerus tapping into his full power but in Super they're both at 100% and deadlocked.

The new DD Hokuto no Ken I haven't watched yet but it hurts my autism. HnK: Ichigo Aji looks dead up like the original series should've but it's a fucking parody. A proper remake of HnK feels like nothing more than a pipe dream. (:_(

So, with all this One Punch Man talk going on around me I decided to read the manga. Not the original webcomic, the one redone by the Eyeshield 21 (an old favorite of mine I never finished) guy.

WHY AM I ALREADY CAUGHT UP! WHY DID I RUSH THROUGH IT!

Whenever I look at Saitama, I keep thinking he's an adult Charlie Brown. Makes things a little funnier.

Holy shit. Crunchyroll has the entire run of Fist of the North Star. I remember reading that in college and being really into it, only stopping when the pages/chapters were mixed up on the site I was reading it off of.

You guys won't see me for awhile.

Also watching Aldnoah Zero, waiting for it to go to shit. I'm a quarter way through and it's really generic thus far.

So, has anyone heard of the phenomenon known as yaoi hands?

It's absolutely fantastic. Let me demonstrate.

What amazes me most about this is that somebody took the time to ink, draw, and apply the screens on it. And at the very end of it all, they took a step back, took a good hard look at the drawing, and said to themselves, "yup. This is what a human looks like."

EDIT:

Also Jesus Christ

It's even more terrifying when right on their tiny faces

I've always wondered why this is such a common issue with yaoi artists. There's shit manga artists everywhere, they can't possibly all drawing yaoi

Also
Is that....France and Germany from Hetalia?

Shit will get real multiple times.
Everyone expected a trainwreck ending, but pretty much everyone had this reaction:

I guess people were really disappointed because it could've become something great, especially with the developments in the second half.

It's been on there for quite some time.

Also found out about DD Hokuto. Disappointed that it doesn't have a parody version of Silent Survivor but hey, season 2.

The first episode was surprisingly entertaining. I got a kick out of it when they showed a photo of Shin and it was technically just a dick pic.

Yaoi hands are amazing. My favourite bad yaoi art probably has to be doujinshi art, however. Some of that can be as bad at DA stuff.

I don't have any examples other than this though:

Right after finishing the movies for Tiger & Bunny, I found out that they announced yesterday a live-action hollywood adaptation.

I don't know what to feel about this....
Trust me, none of us do. But that does lead me to ask. Will they use more American brands? Or is Bandai still going to have to have some say in who sponsors who?

The most information I found is that Ron Howard will be a producer, meaning I can make an Arrested Development joke

Also the development company, ANEW, is relatively new and plans Gaiking and Soul ReViver as future projects

This is interesting because a Tiger & Bunny movie CAN work (unlike *cough* Ghost in the Shell). A buddy superhero comedy, if they can get actual American brands as the sponsors, hell the first arc against Jake Martinez can easily be condensed to a movie and still leave room for a sequel.

The fact that it's possible actually makes me a little excited for the movie, PLEASE do not screw this up

EDIT: Thinking about the movie made me wonder if the Hollywood Death Note movie made any progress. Just a few weeks ago, Nat Wolff was announced to play Light Yagami

brb, killing myself

Saw Boruto: Naruto the Movie. Good fucking anime movie, it shit all over DBZ: Resurrection F and easily made up for Naruto's awful ending.

And Sasuke needed to be saved by someone (Naruto) again, as usual.

I'm just going with what I saw from the Naruto/Sasuke vs Momoshiki fight.
