I know people who love The Mighty B! (I'm not one of them, however. At all.), simply because it reminds them of Ren & Stimpy in some ways. I really hope none of them saw this crap, knowing that is on here.

I wonder if he's such an animation sperg why doesn't he sperg over more varied content? I know he sorta likes Daria or South Park but like, doesn't he know of stuff like the Bruce Timm series? The Prince of Egypt, The Last Unicorn, Animal Farm? Something that is not instantly drawn to pander to the tumblr crowd?

This is why I think you can't really call folks like Strider animation spergs, since it's clear they only like a specific handful of cartoons which they'll talk about endlessly. An actual animation sperg would go out of his way to talk about obscure or otherwise interesting animations.

It's a cliche to bring him up at this point, but there is a reason why Pan is pretty much the best cartoon reviewer; unlike a lot of other spergs, he's not autistically obsessed with one or two cartoons, no he'll talk about other things too since he actually cares about animation. Talking in depth about a specific handful of cartoons doesn't qualify you for an animation sperg I don't think.

I know for a fact there's plenty of good/bad stuff that's animated I'd talk up a storm about in Strider's position - then again, I don't want to be like that twat, honestly. All I know is that like far too many people who ain't Pan... He's doing it all wrong. Simple as that.

Because he honestly isn't when you get down to it.

It's amazing when Enter goes outside his "comfort zone" of Family Guy and SpongeBob as it is, even if it is stuff Pan or Doug's already talked about. Strider can't have that kind of thin recognition. Hell, it makes me wonder if he even watched any cartoons growing up.

Dust off your Mineycrafta jokes, because it looks like Mike Mattei is going to get some spotlight again, since members of a dedicated subreddit have been digging up some old shit and Mike and the mods of the other Cinemassacre subreddits have been in full delete mode since.

Rundown:
Honestly, most of this is pretty minor, relatively old and should be taken with a grain of salt, but people seem desperate to spin this into some major drama and on the internet, sometimes that is all it takes.

Update on Angry Joe: his promises that he made in his December 2016 video "Addressing Youtube Comments" have fallen completely by the wayside and he has only released 1 Angry Review (Injustice 2) in the past month now. He's too busy cumming over Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman and raging at Ridley Scott for Alien: Covenant that he seems to be shifting away from games for now. The fanbase reaction ironically is not as strong as it was back in December, suggesting that maybe they have accepted AJ as just another subpar Youtuber who has lost traction.
 
So overall it seems the Wonder Woman film has been well-received...I wonder if Erod will also comment positive on it or he'll be all "muh cartoons" and be done with it.

So far, Wonder Woman (2017) has an 8.4 on IMDB, a 94% (critics) / 93% (audience) on Rotten Tomatoes, a 76 on Metacritic... Yeah - I'm sure these scores will get lower over time, but not low enough for this movie to be considered bad, like I'm sure ERod likely wants.

No matter how he comments on it, ERod is still a fucking hack who doesn't deserve anyone's attention, m8 (at least IMHO.).

I don't care enough about Angry Joe to actually compare numbers, but I think there's less reaction because a lot of his audience gave up around December. Joe had been shifting away from games for awhile and just doing really shitty movie reviews, which caused a lot of people to jump ship just because they were tired of his movie reviews appearing in his feed. I'm actually surprised Joe is still doing them, since the views were never great, something he had been actively complaining about when I last bothered to pay any attention to him. It seems like he has enough of a stable/loyal fanbase that it won't matter much in the end. Which is too bad, I think Joe has the potential to become a pretty funny cow, he just needs something to push him over the edge.
