Why would LordKat feel guilty over everything he said about Channel Awesome? What did he do that was so bad? I mean, I would understand why he would feel guilty about Spoony considering he joked about Spoony becoming a transvestite or some shit in a livestream with Lupa but what did he say about the others?
Maybe dude is just tired of the drama? Shit would be pretty reasonable.

This is just my interpretation, but his Channel Awesome screeds tend to go well beyond humor-intended hostility. He said he wanted Spoony to take his own life using his brother's gun and I think he advised Rob Walker to drink gasoline. He says in his farewell broadcast that he wanted to be a shock jock, but didn't think he was funny enough to pull it off, and he's absolutely right. And since so much of his post-CA notoriety was built upon tearing down CA, he (seemingly, again, I'm interpreting. His train of thought goes all over the place in his farewell address) felt obligated to bash whatever the company was going through in the most venomous way possible. That's a lot of hatred to spew out over a bunch of dorks making stupid videos.

Oh yes, I remember that now. LordKat wasn't much better than his contemporaries now was he?

I'd be almost inclined to think he got bribed to do it; these guys have very few scruples when it comes to possible money/views.
Bribed by who? LordKat's audience is so small that silencing his voice would make no difference.

I was more referring to how most people at Channel Awesome were able to bury the hatchet magically for those specials or for other people's movies (namely Linkara's). Still, point. That was some twaddle I spouted from my facehole.

Who the fuck would want to be in a Linkara movie for any reason other than pity? You might as well bribe someone with used toilet paper.

Yeah, but it should be noted that those instances resulted in a product, be it a crappy special or crappy movie, and they featured people that the Channel Awesome audience would want to see. Even the shittiest bottom feeder at Channel Awesome probably gets better views than LordKat. As far as those hatchets are concerned, the ones that you would think would present an obstacle making said products, perhaps the extent of these grudges, if you could even call them that, are not nearly as pervasive as we thought.

It's impressive that Doug, for how incompetent he is, managed to convince motherfucking TB to be on his side.

TotalBiscuit has had videos taken down by some Steam Greenlight "game developers" for the fact that he called their shitty games what they were. Pure shit. Day One: Garry's Incident was the most notable example of this.

So, apparently LordKat retired from making podcasts just a few days ago because all of the shit he said about CA and its contributors.

Edit: The supercut videos are private now.

Meh. LordKat was always just bitter that he never became as notable on Channel Awesome as certain other people out there. That and he was mainly good for undeservedly puffing out his chest when CA released pure shit like the Quiz Show and Linkara's "movie".

I think it's kind of amazing that I'm way more interested in DSP drama than all of CA because it's pretty much high school bullshit with cheating on china or dealing with suicidal (or autistic) tendencies.

At least DSP provides loads more of entertainment because everything he says and does is just one big fail.

Jesus Christ dude. That was a very uncomfortable listen. But let this be a lesson: eventually you gotta reap what you sow. Lordkat said a lot of hateful shit about a lot of people (who may or may not have deserved it) under the guise of being a "shock jock" and it sounds like - for whatever reason - he's finally realized the hate he's spewed. Must be overwhelming. You gotta wonder what brought this on.

His toilet spiraling fanbase? The dude has literally no subscribers on Youtube anymore and only averaged a few hundred views per video. I'd cry too if I had just Judas'd all of my friends to momentarily spike the views of a show that failed anyway.

One of the most baffling things LordKat did was when he told everyone that Lindsay Ellis and Todd were horrible friends because they checked in on him during his father's funeral to see how he was holding up. What a couple of pricks! He claimed that they only did it to make themselves feel good. Couldn't they have done that with a phone call? Out of all the questionable things done by Channel Awesome alumni, it's kind of weird to stake your cause on what appears to be a genuine act of human compassion.
