Well you got to remember, LordKat's half pile of girth. Plus I'd assume it out of the shock of the fact that he was still doing it when people could be watching.

Brad just stepped in at the wrong place, at the wrong time.
 
So there's been 11 episodes of the quiz show so far. Out of 40.

Does anyone know if the quality has actually improved or is it still the same bottom feeder level?

I'm curious about the same thing..... Hopefully it is less cringeworthy and just something to take the piss out of for fun (like I'm hoping it is - I wouldn't know, unfortunately - I don't keep up with the guy.).

Sorry to double post, but here we go.

Mercifully, it was shorter than when first started, but still pretty terrible.

That stupid game at the start was still there, but at least it served a purpose, the winner would get 20 points off the bat, they've also simplified the points system, 10 points for a right or funny answer, no reductions for a wrong answer. Although the questions are just based on quotes now rather than films in general.

The technical issues are pretty much cleared up, and the crew laughs a lot less (whether that's out of a sudden attack of professionalism or Doug's just not funny, who knows). The set still looks cheap as fuck though and they've added in some weird cartoon orange Sea Monkeys called 'Spazzies' (Real PC bro!) that do dumb unfunny shit.

Speaking of dumb unfunny shit, the contestants (well, one of them) is really fucking annoying. One plays the game in a spirit of fun, the other one just takes it way too far and gets scarily involved in it, like reacting to the fucking Spazzy cartoon by faking vomiting involved.

All in all, it's an improvement on the original in the sense that getting rid of the dog shit is an improvement on a minefield.

EDIT: Out of morbid curiosity, I also watched the new Nostalgia Critic. Doug is salty about his vids getting taken down by YouTube. Like my pretzels actually made me thirsty!
