I don't think you can get much more obvious when you're putting SpongeBob SquarePants and The Simpsons, the poster boys for cartoons running too long and becoming terrible, right there in your thumbnail.

I can think of a lot of cartoons out there that got bad as they went along, but this ain't the time nor place. Besides, these are all obvious choices - Strider's being lazy and close-minded as usual.

And if there isn't any jerking off to Steven Universe / Star Vs. / Gravity Falls (another set of shows which I'd like to see the shit kicked out of by someone like what was done with Steven Universe, honestly.)... Well, then he's doing something right for once - still too late for him, however.
