I think that Amber is stuck, really stuck. After continuing insulting Becky during the last month, she has now no use for Amber and is likely moved out. She now realise, after putting all her hope on Wifey, that this is going nowhere. It will take a while to find a new girlfriend.

On top of that, she will need to vacate her flat in a few months as she mentioned. Maybe she wants to move back with Eric and Rickie by telling everyone that they are her best friends now. This season is getting more interesting.

Is it verified wifey went to university? I would doubt a semi educated woman would fall for Amber even if they have a bs undergrad like Psych or Art Studies.

Wifey is either a troll or a genuine fan that probably thought she could fix Amber. If that’s the case she will probably leave once she sees how much work goes into caring for Amber. It’s a job not a relationship.

See I was really looking forward to seeing ALR panic and flounder being on her own- being forced to do things on her own once Becky left, but nope, not getting that now (even though it would ultimately be the best thing for her). That would have made for some decent entertainment and might have actually worked out well for her in the long run.

This wifey situation is just squicky. No one with a morsel of brain power would bring an "internet gf" to their home with no return ticket for the first meeting. Usually the way that works, as far as I'm aware, is they fly in (or vice versa) for a few days, maybe a week, and then they go back home. After that first meeting, the parties have that distance/a break to decide if it's a good idea to continue the relationship and maybe a couple more visits happen and then future planning becomes a thing. But noooo... ALR doesn't exist in the same reality everyone else does so this seems perfectly reasonable to her because she's always moved in on the first date and it's always worked out. Everyone else understands how utterly stupid and dangerous this can be, but not her. In her mind, there's no chance of it not working out perfectly, as imagined. Shit's ridiculous. Can't wait to see the resolution to this saga because oh ma gah... as you said, lolz will be had.
 
Y'all are giving Wifey too much credit, the speculation that she has a degree (she could be giving private online classes for all we know, and for those you don't need any degrees) doesn't mean she's educated. As long as you have money to pay for it, anyone can get a shit degree at a low tier university.
