Many places allow month to month after the year lease is up but it’s become more common for newer apartment developments in cities to require another year renewal at the end of a lease. This is especially true if the lease expires in the spring or summer.

It sucks for a landlord to have a tenant stick around a few more months and then vacate in late fall or winter because it’s harder to quickly fill the space. Spring and Summer are the best times to fill vacancies.

I don’t know what the rental market is like in Lexington but if it’s hot then they are probably being told to vacate with the lease expiration or sign for another year. I’d also imagine given Amber’s size and multiple pets that they’d prefer she just get the fuck out. However if the rental market is flat they will probably be happy to work with her and extend it on a month to month basis.

(I know the single family home market is super hot right now in most places. Not sure about apartments in downtown areas. Covid kind of flipped demand on its ear. I’d assume homes in Lexington are in higher demand than apartments. Amber actually moved in that place when city apartments were desperate to fill vacancies b/c Covid. People were leaving cities, not moving into them. The building agent was probably very flexible, but I’m not sure if that would still be the case this summer. )

Amber will be lucky to get even 10% back selling the junk she bought. I’m stunned she managed to sell any of the cheap earrings she bought, but that’s a cheap enough item that her stupidest fans can make token purchases from her. She will struggle to sell the items priced $30 and up. The shit she buys is disposable, the idea of trying to sell half the shit she buys in her hauls is delusional. She should make Becky haul everything down to a flea market for a weekend and sell everything for $5 or under if she wants to claw back any money.

When she originally posted it on her Instagram i was so astonished i didn't think to screenshot it.. luckily somebody else did.

Anyone willing to buy that shit should just be patient and wait for the inevitable and rapidly approaching estate sale. And by estate sale I mean the moment management has that shit tossed in the garbage once God and Satan finally settle their custody battle over who gets to be burdened with Amber for eternity.
 
I thought hoarding Bath and Body Works candles, journals and celebrity perfumes was bad enough, but who would buy that shit? At least you can put the candles on a shelf and they look decent, you can put the journals in a bookshelf and the perfumes on a shelf, but that shit can only be kept in a drawer or box. It has absolutely no utility, can’t be put on a shelf for decoration, can’t be used because Amber doesn’t have any hobbies or interests, can’t be given away because it’s literal trash. I’m baffled.

My take on her selling all her rubbish.

1. She might not be broke, but she is financially hurting. Last year, when she moved to Lexington, she either gave her stuff away or put them in the rubbish bin. Not this time.

2. She has spent an extraordinary amount of money buying absolute garbage. We know that she was not a financial genius, but even with a reduced income, she was reckless with her money.

3. Amber does nothing swiftly, but not this time, she is scrambling. She will move very soon, and not in a few months.

4. Why did she not sell the graphic novels? If she does not, they were for Becky.

5. She is selling rubbing for a few dollars while still buy most of her meals from restaurants. Pennywise, pound foolish, I guess.
 
Okay this jsut really drives home what a moron she is. There are tons of videos of people unboxing their mini brands and stuff. Its even popular on tiktok, she could've been doing videos of her opening all this plastic shit and people would watch it. Easy content, but noooo better have boring sit down talking videos instead. What a dumbass.
