"Bleeding" doesn't necessarily mean profusely. That's not how menstruation works. It could be that she was consistently spotting etc but not having the discharge you see during menstrual cycles.

What’s the over/under on Fat AL haveen surgery? People thought Chantal was lying, but she did have some sort of surgery. Of course Albert is over 100 elbees heavier than Chantal, plus lacks the socialized safety net of Canadian medicine. It wouldn’t surprise me if she had her surgery, but being on support groups and workeen the YouTube comments so soon makes me strongly doubt it. I think she’s going to stay quiet for a couple more days, drop some new pre-recorded hauls of home shit, and then fire up the gaslighteen to unbelievable levels. Posting that question using a sock was pretty smart because she can still fish for attention and asspats, but if it comes out her surgery was “postponed,” she can claim I NEVER SAID I had surgery.

Her emotions are all very shallow, fleeting, and surface-level. She's claimed to be a bleeding heart empath, but we all know that isn't true. The opposite is very much the case. I doubt she feels much of anything outside of base comfort and discomfort when her sources of pleasure (food, shopping highs, getting her own way) are impeded or interrupted. It's a very empty way to live. She would have learned early on from her childhood to regress back into herself and stifle her true emotions, likely because they were disregarded or trampled on by the unstable figures who surrounded her.
It's interesting to consider how she's embraced becoming a shitty person over the years and used her childhood both as a prop and an excuse to remain rooted in her unhealthy habits, not only those surrounding food but those that have to do with her emotional immaturity.

I still tend towards believing she really has a cancer-related issue.
AL is stupid as fuck, but not stupid enough to NOT know that lying about something so serious is not a great idea. People always figure it out and the backlash is going to be unlike anything she's ever experienced. She got away with lying about her aunt hating her for no reason, Kasey having raped her, the GoFraudMe etc. but she is not going to recover from lying about having cancer while her girlfriend's mother is dying from it. That's just beyond shitty.
If she is making it up, I find it odd that Becks doesn't care, and that she admitted to having a kind of cancer that is heavily tied to obesity. I think every single deathfat on YouTube has some kind of uterine issue and that is very telling. Compare that to how she is vehemently denying to have the beetus although she has visible dark spots on her skin and even her cat scratches take months to heal. Nobody would feel sorry for her if she admitted to it, because diabetes is so heavily associated with a shit lifestyle, and she doesn't want to hear that she destroyed herself. For someone who is so adamant on being healthy just big, it seems odd to make up illnesses. That's just inviting people to shame her for her shit decisionmaking, which is something she obviously does not want to hear/accept.
At this point treating her cancer is probably futile. Chemo won't have any effect, they can't even do any scans to see how far the cancer has spread, and if they take a risk and operate on her, she'll be a huge death/infection risk. Uterine cancer is relatively harmless and her morbid obesity would kill her way before the cancer anyways. Maybe in the beginning some doctors were willing to humor her by letting her decide if she'd like to have surgery, considering that she's still fairly young and maybe the fucking cancer diagnosis was enough to scare her straight and turn her life around, but if she showed up to the clinic even fatter than before, it would be more than obvious that there is no point in taking the risk and cut her open. If she can't comply with "eat a salad bitch", there is no way she would be able to follow aftercare instructions. If she was responding to comments and telling people to post on Facebook for her right after her supposed surgery, there is no way she really was operated on the 15th, that's for sure.
The rumor about E&R being pill heads is poor bullshit. E&R started moving out wayyyy before A&B even started considering packing their stuff. If you want to move away from junkie roommates you move out FIRST, not wait for them to get sick of your shit. E&R clearly moved because they were done.

The fact that Chantal had the surgery when no one believed she could is what keeps me from believing 100% that Al did not. Surgeons operate on massive patients more often than we think, apparently. I still have heavy (lol) doubts, however, since Amber can't tell the truth to save her own life (literally).

There's no way she lost weight in these last 3 weeks. You can look at her And see she's gained.
Pap smear gyno probably recommended a hysterectomy and told her to try and drop weight. Well she hasn't.
Her being a self pay- she would have had to come up with a deposit. I know this for a fact. It may have been 10% . I totally see her telling herself she will do it later.
The utter pain she would have been in after anesthesia wore off would have been brutal. We know she was replying and shit(which she later erased) the night of surgery.
She would have not been in the state of mind and been in too much pain to be on her phone.
Anyone who's experienced a major surgery knows how it feels afterwards. She would be in serious pain for at least a good week.
