I notice that she always looks like she is leaning forward in still shots. I guess it is not possible for her to stand up straight anymore, but the leaning isn't noticeable in video. Oh wait, most video is of her head and necks.
ETA: in her birthday video her lower legs looked just as big or even bigger than her thighs. Wouldn't lymphedema add more weight? How can she be losing (I know, she's full of shit) if her laygs keep getting bigger like that?

If she has VR (and if the headset can fit her fat head, honestly) she could do Beat Saber. All that is required there is the arm movements, especially on the easy mode, so she could do it while sitting on her ass.

What will it take for people to understand this one simple truth: Big Al will never, ever voluntarily go to inpatient treatment. There is absolutely no way she would cede control of her life - and more importantly, her food - to someone else. Ever.

And I certainly understand that, but the saddest part is that she's not actually all that in control at all. Her issues are, her food is. It's kind of like Hoarders and on that show, the experts have been known to say "Let her die." That's what I say with Amber and people like her. Let them die and I usually don't say that about people.

I don't really believe she has any pathological eating issues - disordered eating, maybe. But I would argue that she is entirely in control of her situation (yeeessss). She could choose to do something about it, but does not. She'd never hand over this control to anyone.

I am with you on the latter part. If some people are insistent on killing themselves for non-pathological reasons - i.e., they want to stuff their fat holes until some health catastrophe takes them out of this world, an almost sort of passivity into death - I can't find it within myself to be sympathetic or to care much.

ETA: the forward leaning thing: that's why I say she looks like a particularly fat half centaur. I looked back at earlier vids, and when she wasn't a 600+ pound lardass, her posture was more erect. I can't decide if it's the shelf ass moving her COG, the hump forcing the top of her spine forward, or if this forward leaning posture is an optical illusion brought on by all the fat deposited in odd ways.

The way I see it Amber only causes harm to everything around her and in return doesn't have a single thing to offer, to anyone or anything. She's a waste of time and resources, so at this point the true crime would be to try help her live a normal lifespan. Just let her die and get it all over with
