I see what Amber does now in her life as less 'wallowing' and more as treading water. Thank you for sharing the video. I've been aware of this general idiocy of hers when she mentioned chemtrails in a more recent video and when she alluded to it again in vlogmas this year, but I never saw it's genesis.

These hicks clearly haven't heard of cloud seeding in which aircraft are sent over to induce rains in places where it is sorely needed. It is mentioned in the video that California was having a dry spell so it's not implausible for cloud seeding to be implemented.
