Nothing's going to change. Amber will never come to the conclusion that she's beat. Food owns her. She has to start there, and then has to have complete willingness to listen to someone who knows what they're doing about weight loss, and then follow through. Those things will never happen. She doesn't really realize that food owns her. Food is her master.

in the quitting optavia video she says she needs to find what works for her even though it sounded like optavia was working. like she thinks she still has time for trial and error of different diets. her leg is lacking circulation, she can't walk a few feet without getting out of breath or even do a sit down video without cutting out all the of heavy breathing. what works is the same thing that works for everyone- calories in and calories out. there is not going to be anything different or special that works for her and still lets her eat the amount of food she wants.
 
Random, but: when is the last time we got a vlog of her walking walkeen? Out and about, not scooty-puffin' it, walking through the aisles of a store or something similar?

The fact that neither you nor I can even remember is awfully telling, especially considering gorl would film and belabour anything that even resembled exercise. It's becoming a rarity ("I am lidurly obsesd with the name Raridy") to even see her standing.

The gorl maneuvers around the house from chair to chair. From memory she's been inside the home sense the iPhone buying trip and in all seriousness I don't think her legs and back can support her anymore. She's lazy and refuses to stand but in my opinion she's immobile and hasn't been seen on her legs since the 2019 starting weight. 3 months ago she could barely walk across her living room, I don't know how she makes it into restaurants but blames it on not wanting people looking at her.
 
A little sperg-y research later, to answer my own question: HEALTHY GROCERY HAUL!!! [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvtyqyEhfO0] from June 4, 2018 is the last video I can find of her walking around a store without an obvious scooter in tow. There's one slightly more recent video of her in a Torrid dressing room, but I decided to not count it because we don't really see her walking and, if I recall correctly, she later fessed up to sitting on the mall couches and resting a whole hell of a lot.

To further sperg, the last video in which she leaves the house was posted on January 8. Even then, it's a very brief clip of her in the car. Every other video this year is a sitdown taking place entirely in her bedroom or kitchen.

Our gorl did just that.

While others would express condolences for this very emotional situation, our queen of empathy and compassion chose this post out of all to ask for a message from him.

A post or two down Writerlynn does say "My thoughts go out to your friend". I guess she was shooting for a condolence message but....wtf?
