The idea that she would comprehend a single sentence of Freud is comical (imagine Amber trying to understand a Freud essay, JFC) but like a lot of pseuds she'll probably read two paraphrased quotes from him about how childhood trauma is formative of the adult psyche (if she can wade through the misinformed thirdhand opinions about how he was a misogynist, which she will swallow wholesale because victimhood flatters her) and answer any confrontational IG questions with "Freud said X" - she already uses the past as an excuse for doing nothing about her present problems, but an academic gloss would make her feel clever about it.Something tells me Amberlynn wouldn't like Freud if she continues to post about/research how childhood experiences affect the rest of your life
I have a Fitbit. Her sleep is shit. Dark blue color means deep sleep which is where majority of sleep benefits is got by the body.Sleep apnea doesn't exactly work like that. You have micro-awakenings that take you out of the restful, restorative phase of sleep. You don't actually fully wake up. I don't have a fitbit though so maybe I just don't know how to read that image. If you are fully waking up, there's something else going on.
I'm not saying she doesn't have sleep apnea (I'm sure she does at her size). But, if she's fully waking up during the night, at her size, the culprit is likely congestive heart failure and/or dependent alectasis (lungs collapsing from being crushed). Either of those things could fully awaken her.
Not only that ,all the light blue color means "restless" which means she's tossing and turning in her sleep. Only the deep blue part means "deep sleep" which is when muscles are relaxed ,heart rate is constant and body gets full benefits of sleep. This bitch really has sleep apnea. Why does she lie about stupidest thingsI blew up her sleep profile. There are a couple "5 minutes awake" moments, but a there are a TON of micro wake ups. 19 to be exact!

And lest we get it twisted, she made sure to announce in no uncertain terms that this current state of being bedbound isn't "body-related," it's because of her depreshun and the Lexapro. So put that in your pipe and smoke it, haydurs! For the same reason she'll never cop to the beetus; it's a fat people disease. Her inability to sleep properly is insomnia, her dark knuckles are acanthosis exotica nigricans, her heavy breathing is asthma, and her joints aren't collapsing, she has a heel spur, and slipped disk, you shitlords.
She will rattle off a thousand million ailments and excuses before she ever admits that even one of them is because she is fat.

The absolute disconnect of a grown woman who will readily admit that she gets bruises from the seatbelts on her trips to the Cheesecake Factory but steadfastly denies that she could have any actual obesity-related medical issues is astounding.
She's like an idiot ostrich burying her head in the sand of a mine-filled desert and scoffing at everyone worried that she's going to explode.
She mentioned she only has a few Lexapro left and that she emailed the Dr, (ofc at the last minute) for a refill. For her own sake I hope the doc makes her do a full panel of blood tests before refilling, but knowing Amber she'd probably just quit taking it again to "punish" the doctor for daring to require her be responsible.
I have to wonder what Fitbit you use? The one Amber has can show a more detailed pattern of sleep than that. Yours doesn’t show REM and deep sleep? I only ask because - and I do NOT want to defend Amber here - all those tiny red lines indicating being “awake” are fairly typical of anyone. It doesn’t mean actually being consciously awake, that’s just how Fitbit logs sleep disturbance. If you have longer chunks, that’s when you’re actually being woken out of sleep.I have a Fitbit. I have a charge 2. Don't know what hambr has but all Fitbits use the same app. If you press on the semi circle log shown on hambers screenshot,it opens up to a graph which I've linked aboveI have to wonder what Fitbit you use? Again this is according to Fitbit itself which isn’t a replacement for a medical professional.
Basically Amber’s sleep pattern is fucked and when she was wearing her Fitbit she was only representing what she thought people would be too stupid to believe. Surprise!
When you're your favorite writer you have to compliment your own poetry. That looks like a great round up of solid experts in the field there. Not that I would deny childhood experiences shape your life but like others have said, many of those who live through worse things than Amber turn their lives around and are functioning adults. Your past isn't a crutch to lean on by any means.
Not sure KY could handle these two cows meeting.

I'm torn on encouraging her to post more. It's good for lolz but so terribly sad at the same time.

It really only confirms that she's not making office visits. The existence of the therapist at all is still in question. The fact that she mentioned she sees her "therapist" multiple times per week confirms it's some form of online therapy. She didn't leave her house for 10 days.
In the ads I've seen for online therapy, there are apparently ones where you can text your therapist at any time*. Perfect for our gorl. The fact that she mentioned she sees her "therapist" multiple times per week confirms it's some form of online therapy. She didn't leave her house for 10 days.
