To be fair, I'd not have known to use a pot at all without this vital demonstration aid. I'd just have dumped everything on the floor and stirred hard and voila, an AL culinary masterpiece. When you're cooking on the edge as she does, we need to know this stuff ;)

(Agreed. I was watching one with them all the other day and don't get how she can't see a) how loud and OTT she is and b) their responses. She threw something at Brillopad's head and the silent look he gave Ricky.....maaan, everything ever said between them was in that look. And she filmed it, utterly oblivious to the drowning-level undercurrent. Together with Becky they just work, Becky and Ricky counter Brillo's exuberance but the balance is thrown when you add in Big Al who always has to amp it up. I wonder if they set the rent demand so high hoping she'd not be able to meet it.

Feel sad for Ricky tho. The only one working and they just ignored him when he was literally twanging with anxiety, because she couldn't stop screeching. She's a bomb in that household and I think they might all get hurt.

Brillopad is the one with the hair. Can't remember his name but he needs an intensive conditioner. Badly!)

Ps. Late, but this thread moves too fast for bust internet. I do, however, have a lovely new house decoration - internet is still shit, but the repair bloke's head looks lovely on it's spike. So yes, late, sorreeee. You gels is too fast for me.

It makes a little sense to blame her parents when she was still a minor and couldn’t necessarily make her own choices.... but she’s a grown adult now, almost 30. It’s not her parents’ fault anymore, it’s hers.

I've been saying this about Ricky. You can straight up tell he's not here for this bullshit. All the shade, side eye, exasperation, eye rolling. He's over it and wants his peaceful life back with his husband and his friend. This is not what he signed on for and at this moment, he's the only adult in the room. That HAS to be irritating. No matter how much you love your husband/wife/partner, when you become their caregiver and they are a fully functional adult, that's a pretty ugly sign of things to come. Add on top of that the irritation that must be AL's day to day personality, the fights she and Necky must have due to this "binge black out" situation, and literally no one in the household working, but him, I'd say Ricky is about to go off and it won't be pretty.

Well, I'm not certain it's true, but it does create a nauseating picture. Always suspicious of what is said when no actual proof is offered. Kinda like that nut job Ramna or whatever the name was accusing FB group of calling people's jobs.
