I mean isn't the real answer that Keem is fattening up the cow for the slaughter?
So it started out so nice towards Amber. Everyone was kissing her ass all the time and occasionally making a joke or two, but she was the new employee so everyone needed to be nice to her and give her extra attention and grace.
Next he started bringing in controlled opposition: first fupa was fighting amber, then she softened, now tech is fighting her, then he'll soften or they'll cycle him out for a bit.
He's giving her special privileges too: more voice chat control, not punishing her or making her apologize, more money, all trying to attract more big cows (I wonder if he's going after Chantal). I bet the reasons why are to get her in the flow so she won't leave because she relies on it for all her socialization (it'll be harder to keep her ambabies when she leaves) and money (she doesn't have to plan anything). Then when someone else big joins, she'll naturally be put into conflict with them. Oh but amber, you got to do x! So they get to do x too! Yeah amber you got 50% and fupa and tech only got 25% each (or whatever) because you're a big star, but you and Chantal are both big stars, so you'll get the same amount (or 51-49)
He may even start taking away her privileges too. They're causing trouble because it worked when it was just her, but now it wouldn't be fair to keep privilege y.
He starts assigning hosts that actually hold her accountable for the shit she spews, they start muting her when she talks over the other hosts, all waiting for the final crash out. In fact, i bet keem has an idea of what he can do to push her over the edge. I don't know what it's going to be, could be rarity, paying aunt Tammy to come on, who knows.
Then after she finally quits, that's when the second half begins. Maybe keem will wait until she breaks her contact after quitting so he can justify it, but suddenly everything will come out. All the secret amber wrangling meetings behind the scenes, him assuring the hosts that they need to take their lumps now, earn less money than the cow and then they'll get the pay from spilling all the Amber Lynn tea later. Every time she texted keem to tattle, every boundary she said they couldn't discuss, every nasty thing she ranted to fupa or sweettea about? Those will all be shown. Because that's what happens when she quits after they accommodated her so much.
TL DR: The frog's in the water, it's currently lukewarm after being freezingfor months, keem is slow cooking the frog and there's going to be frog soup after it finally leaves the pot.
