She is doing exactly what she's supposed to do - be messy and make money. I don't know why anyone thinks Keem would want to control her. Amber's viewers are almost entirely hate-watchers, if she is seen as messing up his plans, being a cunt and starting fights that is just icing. His job is to manage his stable. It's not a problem when he has to get involved. It's more dramatic and gets clipped and talked about - which leads to more eyes and more money.

She isn't messing up his plans when she refuses to do things like attending fat camp - even when she isn't there fat camp is still going to be about her. They get to talk about her not coming now - have been for weeks already. They can milk her not going just as hard as they can milk her at camp, and this way no one has to actually deal with her physical disabilities.

Gorlworld loves beating a dead horse anyway. They don't actually need fresh content to drink - viewers willing to donate on YouTube really do want to talk about "accountability" and dead cats and how she's fat and did that one thing over and over and over and over again. There is no running out of content when the viewer base is that focused on the past. Keem doesn't need her to do anything but stay.
