I'm sure he's also intelligent enough to realise that being seen within 100 feet of her would feed entirely into her "PERVERT!!!11" delusions because of course any man who dares cast his gaze in her general direction, intentionally or not, is liduhrully obsessed with her and is absolutely desperate to spelunk her fragrant flaps.
Bit of a latefag but I wanted to note that I think the ONLY reason he's going is so we can actually get an accurate portrayal of what happens in the court. If he records it, whatever Amber lies about will be debunked with irrefutable video evidence. Tammy is likely to exaggerate things to make herself look better or to make Amber look worse. I think it's good that he's going; if he doesn't, we would never know the true story of what goes on. As much as I don't like reaction channels, most of them do use evidence to back up any claims they have from what I've seen. I don't doubt that he would tell the truth.
Hecticana's before and after pictures of Porky outside the courthouse, also, story time about how the hearing went
I'm not sure if I want to traumatise myself with those images, but they will sure be fucking hilarious to look at.

I’m still so fucking confused why a woman with her own daughters would be so obsessive over a niece.
I thought maybe she had some misplaced sense of duty/ guilt over her sister being an absolute catastrophe of a mother, but I suppose that doesn't really explain by she doesn't seem to give much of a shit about Amber's brothers. Maybe they remind her too much of that dang dirty troll George Reid.

Sometimes the things we want the most are the things that we can't have.
Tammie sounds half the time like a scorned lover. And gross, no, I'm not meaning to associate that comment to anything incestual. What I mean is, among some of her fair points about how Amber is a selfish leech, thoughtless about her mother and others, and the very real problem with what Amber said about Tammie supporting pedo something, Tammie repeatedly says things like, "I thought when you moved here we'd spend time together, exercise together; I wanted to be here for you, etc.". Welp (putting aside it's Amber), too bad. Sometimes people don't like you or want to spend time with you as much as you do them. Sure, that's hurtful, but it's not a legitimate basis for anger or blame. The way Tammie talks about it, Amber's not getting in touch much is a "wrong" simply because that's what Tammy wanted to happen. She often says this without even saying "I did x or y for you, and you didn't keep up your end of our bargain" or "you blew off our plans with no notice and left me hanging" or similar; she just says "Amber didn't want to be close to me" as though that in itself is something to be criticized or held accountable for. If Amber used her for certain things and then dropped her, that would be one thing, but you can't make someone love you or like you, and they're not wrong just because they don't.

And I forget what was going on in Tammie's life when Amber was a kid, but I suppose someone in Amber's position might not immediately (or ever) trust or like or feel close to (beyond general familial connection) someone they only met in their teens - and who theoretically* could have helped her or been there or had a relationship with her when she was living with drug-addled parents and going from one foster home to another. Not saying Tammie was wrong not to be (if she even could), but I would certainly not blame a kid in that scenario not to want to be besties 20 years later. And it's weird for the aunt on that situation to complain that her niece, among other legit gripes, didn't/ doesn't hang out with her like she imagined she would.

* maybe; again, I'm forgetting where/ what Tammie was when Amber was a kid

Adding something totally off topic: did anyone notice that she admitted to her aunt in the live that she has 'undiagnosed BPD'? Not that it comes as a surprise, we all know that she sHelf diagnoses, but it seems to me nobody caught that (but, again, I've been ignoring gorlworld for a while).
I believe fat lard was speaking of when she'd flip out or act a fool in the past she's using the excuse of beepy dee that she didn't know she had... or something. She's a lying fat useless sack of manteca so who knows.

I'm sorry, I'm annoying and have to play devil's advocate: is this true? Amber isn't in contact with her brothers and she clearly couldn't care less about them. I can see Tammy being in contact with them to an extent but Amber doesn't ask about them.

But I also can see Tammy just focusing on Amber, because she could probably see Amber as a daughter and Tammy isn't in contact with one of her own daughters. So Amber could become a substitute daughter to her for some reason, and Amber is the only girl out of Kristine and George's five(?) kids. These people are weird.

A had a couple thoughts and I'm going to bother everyone with them.

For most of Amber's YouTube career she's been pretending to want to lose weight. She would act like it was very important to her, but "golly gee how does one even do that?"

Jade likes 'em big but I think she wanted to help Amber get a little bit smaller and more functional. Amber had no intention of losing a single pound and that was a source of tension. Remember talk of weight loss surgery that just sort of didn't happen and Jade bailed soon after.

Tammy strikes me as seeing herself as better than Amber (not a difficult thing.)
Since she's so much older and wiser than Amber, she thinks Amber should be jumping at the chance to bask in her attentions. Tammy wants to be the sage teacher who molds the life of the young pupil, forever to be venerated and revered.

When Tammy offered her wisdom, Amber said "Umm. No thanks." and waddled away.
Ego blow to Tammy.
How dare someone like Amber spurn such an offer?!
I think that's what sticks in Tammy's craw so much that she's obsessing over her niece instead of focusing on her closer relations.

Also she looks kinda like amberlynn in this photo

Wow no one in this family are lookers. No wonder why Ambie thinks she's got shit.

the saying is couldn’t care less. Why would anyone say that they could care less? You’re saying that you care.
Sorry for being retarded, but this is the most annoying error there is.
Ok. I fixed it. Does anyone have an answer to my original question tho lol

Sure, "mislead" by asking Google's AI, and goaded on by GorlWorld retards who Do it For Free. Glad to know the esteemed firm of Kiwi and Farms was able to teach to her the concept of Venue.

Tammie said:
Damages of $10 000, for defamation of character/slander

That was SC limit, but it's awfully iffy on being worth the cost of civil court litigation with representation. She won't be coddled going pro se in higher Court; but if she messes up a basic like submitted Evidence the Judge may be kind enough to adjourn and give her a continuance to get a lawyer before she wastes anymore of everyone's time. It's going to be awfully messy to dig in to family drama and for Tammy to be able to prove that all important Element 4 of defamation in OK. Element 4 of the 6 elements to met for a successful defamation of character tort case is the that the Statement was false, and drifting into element 5 that the defendant who made thebstatment should/could have known it was false, or taken reasonable care not to make the Statement if they didn't/couldn't know it was false.
Truth is considered an absolute defense to defamation(although not for other rarer reputational torts like publication of private facts). However opinion is a cloudy area where specificity of the claims that caused the reputational harm, and the phrasing matter. You can't necessarily weasel a defamatory statement into an opinion to escape a defamation case, but specifics still matter.

Sorry, I'll quit the law-talkin' sperg now. Hopefully all the Twitter harpies screeching over wanting to see Amber sued will put their money where their mouth is and help her lolsuit Fund for a reputational torts Lawyer.

This is white trash kino.
Tired of people not realizing what white trash family fights look like. This is relatively tame right now and it won't become much bigger until pookie goes down to the court house and has herself one hell of an NPD Beepeedee meltdown against Aunt Tammy with physical violence. Bonus points if we get it on film

I doubt they’d allow cameras in the room. It’s also common for you to have to check in your devices when entering.

That isn’t to say I wouldn’t consider their attendance valuable. Their account of what happens, if anything at all even happens (which I doubt), would still be more likely to be rooted in reality than whatever ALR later claims occurred on her channel.

I would like Tammy to address why she was so hellbent on curating some kind of relationship with Amber.

Sorry I'm late. I actually wrote this up yesterday and never hit send.

I kept wondering the same thing too, and then Tammie kinda answered the question the last time she spoke to Jordy (I think it was the last time). I'm paraphrasing but she said "I loved my only sister and spent years trying to find her and her kids and when I did she was drugged up and her kids were in state care. Then years later, two of her sons are addicts and in and out of jail and two were removed from her care permanently, and Amber was the only one I could have a relationship with, she was the one link to my sister." We have to remember Tammie doesn't finish one thought before moving onto something else, so sometimes you have to fill in the blanks, so that is probably not word for word what she said.

Speaking of her brothers, do we ever know what happened to the one who found them? Amber went on and on about him and then never talked about him again. I still remember her using him as an excuse to pig out and ruin the diet of the day that day. It's still funny to me, states away, she used that as an excuse to eat whatever she wanted. I can just see her ordering Becky to go get food from five different restaurants to 'celebrate' methmom finding one of her kids.
Also, Amber so butt hurt Tammie wouldn't let her drug addicted sister live with her, but what does she do for her drug addicted brother and father?

Speaking of her brothers, do we ever know what happened to the one who found them? Amber went on and on about him and then never talked about him again.
Amber doesn't care for her brothers, she cares about what her brothers represent in her delusional life story. They represent loss and sorrow - a childhood stolen. Their only use was to be props that she could use to justify her poor choices in life. She doesn't "have" brothers, she "had" brothers: the fact that they're still alive means nothing to her.

Jade likes 'em big but I think she wanted to help Amber get a little bit smaller and more functional. Amber had no intention of losing a single pound and that was a source of tension. Remember talk of weight loss surgery that just sort of didn't happen and Jade bailed soon after.
I always thought that Jade underestimated the amount of care that a person Amber's size required because of her naivety. She seemed like a relatively benign person - I think she really did try to help Amber, but the help Amber requires is more psychologically than physical, and maybe Jade didn't realize that for a while. It's not a coincidence that Amber meets all of her romantic partners online, it's a tactic.
