Maybe, but I don't know. I'm getting the vibe that Amber's finding this shit out in real time as her audience is, and part of her frustration is her frantically trying to get ahead of shit she doesn't know is coming. Amber's too lazy to bother looking into things, and the type of person that Emily seems to be would absolutely hide shit and breadcrumb Amber with bits of partial truths rolled into big sob stories. Amber once again decided to leap without looking, and once again it's bitten her in the ass (and of course once again it's all our fault). The difference now is that the person she chose has worse shit going on than the previous low-level grifters and borderline retards that she previously found. I think if she had almost ANYONE else in her DMs, she would have already been out of that house.

Amber can't hide forever. Her YouTube residuals aren't high enough to cover her food bills. So she either accepts subsisting off of a dozen packs of storebrand ramen out of a dog dish in the basement, or she starts producing videos. And no matter how hard she tries, she just CAN'T hide what's going on from her videos. Time will tell.
 
Not knowing much about the American legal system, would a "no contest" equivalent of pleading guilty? So, from the information presented, she has a felony, which I believe is a criminal offence. I am not sure if this has any bearing on her child custody, but it could be. Would she be required to pay child support to her husband? In the U.K., anyone found to such criminal offence (similar to a GBH, I don't know) would not be allowed to have contact without supervision, likely not at the guilty party's home.

No contest is basically you affirm that they have enough evidence to convict you. I think they sometimes plea no contest instead of guilty so that whomever can't sue you civilly later as easily as if you admitted to the court that you actually did it (which a guilty plea would be saying).

Yes, and its sometimes called an "Alford Plea". It means, "I acknowledge that you have enough evidence to convict me, so I accept conviction while still maintaining my innocence."

It doesn't make much difference on your criminal record, but allows you to (maybe) get a plea deal while still technically claiming innocence in your sentencing portion. However, judges still want to hear you say you're so very sorry and learned your lession, blah blah blah, so you'd have to be an idiot to take an Alford plea and then also tell the judge you totally didn't do it.

It can be used in court against you in the future, in criminal or civil trials, and at licensing board hearings for licensed professions.

It can be used as evidence of bad character and unsuitability in child custody. Tons of kids have parents who both have serious felonies, though, so it's not the problem you might think it would be. Even the non-felon exspouse often has a shady past because trash attracts trash.

In some states like Texas, certain types of domestic violence convictions will be a bar to seeking custody of your child in the future. (You can still get visitation, but not primary or joint custody)

Probably a troll made these listings. We'll know for sure if Amber ever shares Rarity again in a vlog, or we never see her again. I searched the petfbi site for Twinkie and no dogs were reported missing in the Winnebago County area where Oshkosh, WI is located.

I think it keeps getting mixed up because of the "false imprisonment" of Emily in the garage is too similar to Megan in the basement
 
Yall from what i see, The informant who talked to Jordy is a bitter ex and says a lot of hearsay. Like lets be honest Emily isn't the one with actual hard evidence against her. I feel a bit more bad for Emily in the sense that she is a mom and i'm sure her daughter would be sad if something happened to her.
