Amber was always morbidly obese even in primary school. She never remember being of normal weight and doing thinks like normal kids would do. This is why she still dream to be a dance prodigy and a soccer champion. She would not have any clue what to do if she lost 300 pounds, but the amount of lose skin would scare her a great deal.

I think that the famous 69 pounds weight loss is her goal, so to be in the 425-430 pounds would please her. Amber wants to be seen being in a weight loss programme without actually losing a lot of weight.

Lose skin is her greatest fear from weight loss. Any surgery on her apron, legs and arms along with a body lift is in the $50-100k, which she does have.

There is nothing real about her vlog; it is an alternate reality. We are outraged at Chantal eating all these meals, but Amber is heavier and just one inch taller, so she eats basically the same amount. Amber hates exercising and as Destiny said, is not big in personal hygiene. Her with a towel on her head is just for the camera. She likely spend most of her day on the seal position as probably everything hurts. In the past all the driving, cleaning and housekeeping were done by his girlfriends. She is desperate to find another Target driver, but it does not seem to work. I think that her mother is not interested in doing it either. She lived with Amber after the cancer surgery and saw her she treated Becky and everyone else.

Most can't, stopping makes people start gaining weight again. To my understanding it's only an appetite suppressant, it doesn't fix the things that led people to being overweight in the first place (self-control, laziness, emotional damage, alcoholism, physical disability, whatever). Unless you change your lifestyle in combination with the drug you're going to be on it forever. Dr Now makes his patients loose weight before operating because you can ruin bariatric surgery by eating like you did before and stretching out your stomach. If they can't prove they can control what led them to act like that in the first place then there's no point in doing the surgery anyway.

There was a diabetic lady that started shitting her stomach lining out a few months after starting it and sued the company. Amber is just going to look up some of the obscure side effects and say she is experiencing something so bad she has to stop IMMEDIATELY. Invest in "stomach lining poop" coin while it's low. Alternatively, she does lose the weight and then has to regain it all because she also loses her viewers when they realize how boring she is outside of the "weight loss journey".

I think I should be more clear - I mean they have to know when to stop LOSING WEIGHT. Regarding the meds most do have to stay on t keep the weight off , sure . I lost weight with the shot and 2 other co-workers as well. We all been off for about a year now and only one gained the weight back so it's not automatic. That being said if I could afford it I would definitely stay on.

Hair loss is a side effect of weightloss. 3-6 months is the common time for hair loss on a restictive diet, whether it be from VLCD (very low calorie diet), WLS, Ozempic etc. It’s not caused by ozempic, it’s caused by malnutrition, the body prioritising where the nutrients are most needed when there isn’t enough to go around. Amber’s not restricting what she eats, she’s just saying she is. Expecting to see a bald Amber anytime soon is just buying into her lies.
