The reality is, she a spoiled, sneaked brat and IF this meeting is real, there's no way they're change their stance. I'm sort of looking forward to the breakdown when she hears the word "no." How will she blame it on someone else? Can she even face the fact she's not unique... just fat, delusional and sad?

Unless the dietician and her psych manager have had a guts full of her constant emails questioning their decisions, (in which case they may ask for her to be discharged from the program), there might be some leeway. I would anticipate that in order to accept that she isn’t a binge eater, they may well set a weightloss goal and say once she attains that goal they’ll reconsider her for surgical approval. I’d expect that goal though to be 50-75lb weight loss. That’ll take her at least a year given her past form anyway. She wants an exact date to work towards because of her OCPD need for control. Setting an exact weight loss goal will give her that, because the “just lose 1lb“ was always bullshit. They certainly won’t bow to her demands to have surgery now even when she does break out the tears and throw a tantrum, which we all know she’s going to do. The more she tries to fight them over their guidelines, the more likely they are to tell her to find another bariatric clinic. I suspect she never registered the part of 1000lb sisters where even Tammy had to lose 60-70lbs before she was approved. She just saw that same surgeon give Tammy WLS and figured he’d do surgery on her as well.

Her skin would be grossly loose if she actually managed to lose weight. And I agree she would look much older. I think she already looks older than she is, and it seemed to happen quickly too. And she has no excuse for it either. I've known people that aged quickly, but they had stressful jobs, life or job changes, health issues or family with health issues, or money problems, etc.
