I have an incredibly low view on the general intelligence of jury's, but no one will find her giggly 600lb ass sympathetic. Given her location, I doubt a jury of her peers will be thrilled about her being a lesbian in an interracial relationship. Kentucky is not known to be the most open minded of states....
To be successful, you have to present a compelling case. The fact to she contradicts herself does not help her case. One day, she is bedbound for weeks, the next week she is walking and cleaning and cooking. She says that she was not looking where she was going and that her weight has nothing to do with her falling. Everything is on the internet for the defendant to find.
Amber is usually insufferable, but lately, she has been more so. I wonder if not is all well at
Chez Amber. Contrary to her previous girlfriends, Jade Francis of New York presently residing in Lexington, Ky, has her own financial means, so she could leave anytime she chooses, and even in the most loving couple, there comes a time when the constant attention-grabbing person create so much drama than the other one calls it quit. I would imagine that Amber constantly asks Jade to bring her food, drinks, etc. Amber said that she does not drink much, so she will be back at the ER soon.
I totally understand why Jade does not want to be on camera; the lawsuit and the fact that this position is only temporary. In an earlier video, when Amber gave the ghastly hoody, she tried to cover her arms so that her tattoos were not visible. Why did she do this? She does not want people to find out where she is living.
As far as the book club, there is no wonder why she quit. The essence of book clubs is to share your ideas on the characters, the plot and the structure of the story, regardless of the type of fiction. Amber never had "adult" conversations, never was in a debating team I would imagine, and never tries to understand complicated concepts. Even her friends complained that all she wanted to talk is about food, dogs, and Miley Cyrus. When people ask her questions about the book, she could not answer any basic concepts about the plot. She does not have either the vocabulary or the experience of reading other genres of fiction. So, she quit.
