nah, apparently she saw the fitbit show 60bpm and it made her anxious.the other thing with the fitbit I don't understand, is if it was showing 60 and she was having anxiety it wouldn't be 60. Anxiety raises your heart rate. If you were "having anxiety" and your heart rate was 60, it means the fucking thing can't read your heart rate properly or it's broken or you're too fat.
Now the real question is why did that heart rate make her anxious ? Doctor MedicineWomanLynn must have googled "heart rate" and seen this :
When we talk about your heart rate, we are actually referring to your resting heart rate. Medically defined as the ‘lowest amount of blood you need when you are not exercising’, your resting heart rate is the rate at which your heart is pumping the minimum amount of blood you require to go about your day-to-day activities.
The normal resting heart rate for older children and adults (aged 10 and above) is 60 – 100 beats per minute (bpm).

So why did a normal heart rate scare her ?
My bet is it wasn't the number on the screen but rather the fact that her wrist has become too fat, and the fitbit is now too uncomfortable.
