I can't sit through an entire video of hers these days, so if I don't skip the whole thing, I'll jump around and try to look the least boring parts and then just read the recaps on here, so I may have missed it, but from what I saw, she didn't even try to show the scale during her supposed weigh in. She just went into the bathroom, came out and then wrote her weight on the chalkboard. So while it's obvious she's gained, she looks like she's put on even more weight than she's admitting.-quite a bit more, which of course is not a new or surprising development with her.
The only way its been possible to tell that she's weighed less in the last year or two than she did during 2019 and early 2020, is from her face, which had appeared less inflated. The rest of her features showed no change, no matter how many times she tried to insist she was so much smaller by showing off those carefully chosen before and after photos.
Recently though, she's starting to regain that ultra-bloated moonface that she had when she was at or near her heaviest. She might not yet be back over her reported (emphasis on "reported") highest weight of 572lbs, but she definitely appears to be well within the 500s
Thinking that Amber "isn't a lesbian" doesn't mean you automatically think she's straight. I think it's more likely that Amber is bisexual and chooses to be with women over men because it's the easiest way to get out of having sex. She never had sex with Casey or Krystle, because she said she was afraid to, that she smelled bad down there, whatever million excuses she would make up. The first and only person she actually had sex with was Destiny (let's be real the term 'had sex' is used loosely here, she let Destiny wiggle a fingee on her clit that's about all) and I think it's likely Destiny is the only person she ever really loved who loved her back in the same way.
Amber chooses relationships based on her lease being up and needing a new place to live, who can drive her to Walmart, who will give her attention, who won't try to stop her from eating and being a fat lazy cow, and most importantly, who will not pressure her to have sex. It's pretty easy to be in a long term relationship with a woman and not have sex. It's not easy to have a long term relationship with a man and not have sex.
I never bought the theory that Amber decided to identify as lesbian because she's too fat to get a man. It's true that far fewer men are attracted to obese women than to slim or average sized women, but there are enough chubby chasers and feeders out there that even the heaviest women can still get some kind of male companionship. Most of the women on MSHPL, as well as the majority of deathfats with threads in this section are in relationships with guys.
When it comes to Amber, I agree with those who theorize that she likely doesn't really know what she is, because she probably isn't much of anything. I don't necessarily think she's totally asexual, but she's immature, with stunted intellectual and emotional development and her sexuality appears to be a reflection of that. I doubt she's capable of forming true adult sexual , emotional and/or romantic attractions and attachments to anyone, male or female. Rather she seems to get childish or teenage type crushes on woman and occasionally guys , like she did with Eric. She also responds to attention and will believe she's in love with whomever gives her enough of it like Destiny and now Jade, who she claimed to be in love with just weeks after they began talking online and prior to them even meeting in person.
The rest of her relationships are as others have already mentioned, a matter of her being afraid to be alone and being incapable of caring for herself. Therefor she'll glom on to anyone who's willing stay with her and take on the tasks of doing whatever she cant or wont of do for herself.
