i know the answer to this is obvious, but i'll ask anyway.

i think amber's most fascinating trait is that she gets genuinely upset and irritated when she feels that someone is calling her fat, or big. she's also posted videos that give the impression that she views herself as normally sized, or maybe at the very most "chunky." she freely refers to herself as morbidly obese, but practically cornered becky after she thought she called her big. she is obsessed with her body and appearance, but seems to think that her weight isn't truly a major concern. it's immensely contradictory and really makes 0 sense to me.

i guess my question is, do you guys think amber sincerely sees herself as much skinnier than she really is, or do you think that she hates being reminded by others of her size? or even a combination of both? i could understand someone not realizing how big they actually are if they were the same height as amber and even a third of her weight right now, but for her to be just barely 5 feet tall and over 500 lbs and still in denial is just crazy.

I think Amber addressed this in one of her videos years ago -- she basically only sees herself as she appears in most of her videos, from the shoulders up. Most of her weight is carried low, and she has (had) a pretty enough face for a fat girl if she washed her hair and put makeup on. Back when she was ~350 pounds, if you didn't see her below the shoulders, you'd think she was overweight, sure, but not a lard ass. She's admitted to being genuinely surprised to look at herself in a full body mirror, because the image she has of herself in her head is of some ~curvy plus sized qween~, not a morbidly obese hamplanet. 100% denial.

Apathetic faxx has been using a lot of Michael b fatty clips in their amber videos, Are they trying to cash in on people reminiscing the golden era of Amber reacts or does he have something to do with the channel? It just seems off that they're only using his old clips, why not include other og haydur nation members clips or soundbites?

If I had to guess, it’s because all the other channels get a bit pissy if you use their content (which is a lil hypocritical, but let’s not go there). MBP hasn’t been on YT for ages so he probably doesn’t care.

Concerning Amber's new vid.

Is she really too stupid to understand what this recovery is about or is she trolling?

If she is trolling it's dumb cause she will rot. Though at least that would be funny.
If she is dumb, it's dumb cause she will rot. And that would just be dumb and boring.

Losing weight =/= ED recovery

I am sure the therapist explained the GOAL of the therapy to her at the beginning. Or why she can't lose weight with diets.

Her specific problem is treated by identifying her disordered and maladaptive behaviors in connection to food and change them. Once she has discovered these behaviors and changed them (via CBT techniques) she will naturally lose weight because she will eat normally. It is CBT and not fucking WW.

She signed up for therapy and not for a diet program.

She will quit because it is not instant gratification. It will take too long. This is also why WLS is not for her. Her baby mush brain can't deal with delayed gratification because it did not mature past 5 years (when toddlers learn about this). She will gain weight too and then use that as an excuse.

So while her dumb brain, that is soft and fatty just like her baby soft diabetes feet, is looking for the instant skinny dainty princess solution, her fat, lymphedema hardened and prematurely aged body will rot and fall apart.
