I'm surprised/not surprised she hasn't gone through a "gastric bypass" saga where she tries to get a weight loss surgery. I figured it would be next now that she's fallen off and would bring some views back seeing how much the public lapped up 600 pound life and Tammy slaton.

Again though, it would have mean she would have to actually not be able to eat solid foods for at least 4 weeks and try at something.

But she has. Repeatedly. None of the doctors knows what works for her, so the diets they recommend are shit and she never returns for appointment number 2.
 
The lies have just gotten stupid. She said these are the portions recommended by both of her doctors. Even the incompetent doctors on The Simpson's and Family Guy wouldn't tell a 500lb woman(who's gaining) to eat several portions of food in a sitting, that she has to plate on serving dishes to fit. I know they dont accept insurance of any kind and are likely not on the up and up, but come on. Now, all of a sudden she will follow their absurd directions to the letter. Of course, when the doctors are her. I dont see her manipulating or even twisting their words to make this what they instructed her to do.

I'd rather watch reaction-cows go at it or a tour of Chantal crying over Nader in various exotic locations(maybe Bora Bora, next?).

^He had to fit that purchase in his budget and Amber can frivolously spend that on trinkets in an afternoon and he seems to feel sorry and the need to be charitable to her. Makes sense.
 
i stopped asking what her rock bottom will be a long time ago. she's hit bottom so many times that the next time she does will be the beginning of the real, final end. there is not a single health scare, relationship loss, or financial burden that will make her change, and more importantly she simply doesn't want to.

trying to extract any genuine meaning from ALR at this point is a fool's errand. to even theorize about her desire or ability to get WLS is a waste. she's gone back and forth on WLS more than jenny craig, at this point. it's equally as useless to guess what's a lie. in the amberverse, everything that comes from her maw is a lie unless proven otherwise.

ALR is a very boring cow by herself, but the fun at this point, for me at least, comes from seeing how much worse it can get until the final days, and how much more bizarre the lies can get.

I know a number of addicts because a long time friend of mine went to rehab very young and I ended up meeting a lot of their AA and NA friends. One thing I've learned is that there are people who don't truly have rock bottoms. There was a point where it clicks in your head that literally nothing can happen that will actually, truly hit hard enough to make them genuinely quit.
