I am living for Chantal to be a real-life streamer, she is desperate for coin but it is low-key unintentionally genius because that is why most of us love her. She is gross but intriguing and unlike Amber has gone full auto on her reputation. I am sure with Amber the thought that she cannot recapture any of that probably sends her into mania.

Christ even the mukbangs aren't doing it but I did expect that I noticed Nickado's viewership has tanked and looking at other mukbangers, it's a trend thing. It's most likely due to being locked up and people getting taken out and now it disgusts them. Youtube in general has really declined since corona-chan has declined because people are going out a lot more.

If you are too lazy to read it; your story falls over really quickly.

1. Youtube assess the requests legality.

2. They then consider which regions laws would need to be followed and which Youtube subsidiary would need to respond.

3. THEY LITERALLY TELL THE PERSON WHOSE INFO THEY ARE GIVING UP!

After all that, the process can start.

The Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution and the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) restrict the government’s ability to force a provider to disclose user information. US authorities must at least do the following:

IN ALL CASES; (Civil, Criminal, National Security) Issue a subpoena to compel disclosure of basic subscriber registration information and certain IP addresses.

FBI Frank either broke multiple laws himself or doesn't fucking exist.
 
What really makes absolutely no sense is that the fbi would show up at her ex sisters house.. What? Why? And then leave their card behind and tell this person to have her contact them? She really didn't think this lie through. And if she did she's dumb as fuck. This whole story is so ridiculous there's no way she can even twist it into anything that makes sense but since she has never once admitted to any of her lies she's going to double down bc she's a stubborn jack ass

The best part of this story isn't the very obvious lie but that she will just pretend that it never happened. Like the doctor's weight loss contest. When brought up she will probably just say "what are you even talking about? I never said an FBI agent spoke to me."

Three thoughts: first, Waddle‘s videos are well edited and truly transform ALR’s content, so striking her small channel is even shittier than striking Apathetic Faxx. Also, IIRC, Waddle’s intros included a clip of Amber saying she would never copyright strike a reaction channel. Oh the irony.

A newer ALR commentary channel, ohLordyitsJordy (which provides excellent commentary) has already switched to Karina Kaboom style voiceover/podcast style reactions. (He uses footage of whales swimming.) Other commentary channels may follow suit, and many reaction/editing channels may go dark for a while. Does this mean I’ll actually watch one of ALR’s videos??? Will Amber’s views go up?? All signs point to no.

Lastly, holy shit. I subscribed to Chantal’s new channel, and now her livestreams are half my subscription feed. WTF.

If the story were true, which I say with full confidence it is not, then why would the FBI not know where she lived - Is she living under the radar - is nothing in her name? The tenancy, her internet - what about the IRS, voter registration?
