One of the first times she was bragging about her stupid journal she said like she writes down conversations she has with people, list of stuff (I can't remember if she what kind of list, but I just assumed list of food she likes, list of movies, just list of nothing really,) music lyrics, poems, books she wants to read. So that journal is probably 99% filled with stuff she rewrote herself.
Seems like such a stupid thing to be proud, or boast about, but she has no life so I guess it's the only thing she can really do. Even though we have seen her buy literally hundreds of journals over the years that she claimed to use and then we watched her throw them away and unused later on.

I am pretty sure that she once was told that it is indeed a therapy tool but without understanding how to use it, the same way that counting calories is a dieting tool to lose weight. There is no point of using any therapy if you do not have an accurate diagnosis for you problems. “Muh mentallz” is not a recognized mental problem. The only thing this journaling does is to fill her vastly boring life.

I talked to a successful YouTuber in the past and he related to me that the hardest thing is to stay relevant and relatable. After a few years, you need to reinvent yourself to attract new viewers and keep old ones. Amber’s storyline is now stale and uninteresting.

Even with a new car, I do not think that we will see her out and about. I suspect that her health is far worse than she leads us to believe. She has a slip disc, hip bursitis, and her untreated lymphedema make it difficult for her to move and sit in a car for very long. She bought this exercise machine precisely because she is in pain while walking. Her doing the stairs was an one off. Each time Amber denies something, we know that there is a issue she wants to misdirect.

It doesn't even fill it. She probably writes for five minutes, thinks 'Yes! Another masterpiece!" , then turns to the other activities that take up most of her time: wacthing YT and eating.

Meh, she claims to have a slipped disk - dx by a chiropractor - and bursitis. I've no doubt her joints grind on one another like a gearbox that hasn't been run regularly for decades, but every other thing, like a slipped disk or her "heel spur" are suspect af. She has the usual wear and tear of a 600 pound land whale, and she isn't 20 any longer, so it's starting to catch up to her.
 
Amber's Journaleeein is probably nothing but self-asspatting over what a genius she is "fooling" all the trollas and how pretty everyone thinks she is because she used the highlighter green eyeshadow and drag-queen red lipstick today. 10% of it is things she can use as emotional blackmail for later if someone pisses her off.

This is probably closest to the truth, but my headcannon for amber is that whe writes in her journals furiously, dumping just inane bullshit with the flourish of that early 2000's deathnote meme.

I understand the point of these threads are to make fun of these fatties as much as possible, but I can’t help but sometimes wonder if we get a bit too repetitive in our criticisms of the deathfats and mukbanger community, for so many other cows it’s almost impossible to nail down what specifically is their problems or how they’d improve but with fatcows their problems are so readily apparent. They are huge fat bastards and the way to solve their problems would simply eat better and exercise. It’s weird to have a community where their problems are huge but so clear as to what it is. Rather than them being a horribly tangled web of ego, insanity and like a hundred different mental illnesses or social defects.

Point being, there’s only so many times you can mock someone by going ‘ur fat lol’ so, I do wonder how these threads get so much content.

But the tldr for amby is that she is a fascinating train wreck of narcissism, self delusion, and manipulation. Her being fat is just a symptom of her fucked personality and a bonus thing to make fun of.

There's a lot more to these fat retards than their massive girth. There are a myriad of underlying mental illnesses buried deep within the damp, crusty folds of these cows. No sane person eats themselves to the size of a large household appliance. Hand-waving all of fat Al's issues off because lolfat is exactly what she wants you to do. Being a ginormous cunt is her most obvious problem, but she has just as many personality defects and mental illnesses as the elbees displayed on her scale.

I gave up on Amber for a while, because viewing her struck me like a soap opera: you could tune out for years, then get caught up quick, because nothing really happens.

Guess I was right. She was so depressed, guys, in... 2019! She didn't brush her hair or wash it alllll the way back then. But she's...still...not. Which inspires pride?!?

She looks distinctly unwell, with the eyebags and bright red nose. Never change, Amber. I'll dip back in the summer, maybe.
