I assumed the balding was perhaps a hormone thing? Like menopause, or because she didn’t take the hormones she was supposed to post hysterectomy (idk not a doctor)
Or the constant weight of her long hair in a poop bun was straining the follicles to the point that they started to become thin

Either way I’d like to see her in some hilariously bad wigs like Chantal used to wear lmao

It’s 1000% hormones, probably with a sprinkle of traction alopecia from wearing her hair in a tight poop bun for weeks on end, and hefty helping of poor hygiene.

Considering how much of a malignant and compulsive liar she is, she's ridiculous for getting mad at people for questioning anything she says. "Boy Who Cried Wolf" situation, if you will.

That said, I'm moving more towards the belief that she had pre-cancerous cells, and she milked it as having actual cancer. Who in their right mind would get surgery for cancer, and then not do any follow up appointments after? We all know that Amber hasn't gone for any checkups ... If she did, she'd broadcast it smugly on the internet, demanding sympathy.
