I am not entirely sure. While in the earlier pictures (2017-18 ), she seems smaller compared to the last one in 2020 (the Dec 8 yellow monstrosity), it may be partially due to weight increase, as Amber alluded, but also as she ages, her skin and underlying tissues have been stretch so much that the skin cannot be as tout as when she was younger. The difference between the 2017 and the Dec 8 pictures is horrifying.

Width vs. mass. Amberlynn is a big ol' butterball and cramming that titanic mass into a fairly small (compacted) amount of space requires some physics manipulation on her part. You're just used to seeing the inside of a car and not thinking it's that small because presumably you're not a 600lb behemoth.
