I think her weight gain can also be attributed to her growing popularity right around the time Becky came into the picture. Amber was beginning to earn a lot more because the Destiny relationship brought in tons of new subs the breakup kept them watching.

I'm not well versed in the Krystle era, but I always got the impression that Krystle was the one getting money from her parents. Amber claimed it was for her because she does that to everyone she lives with (I remember a clip where she's showing off Krystle's parents' house and she call some room HER game room).

In 2014 the minimum wage in Virginia was $7.25/hour. That would put the "allowance" at almost what a person working full time and being payed minimum wage would get at the end of the month. Amber was also being fed, housed, clothed and had all her needs taken care of, which would probably push her "salary" up to $20/hour or more, depending on where they lived.

Call me a skeptical bitch, but I do not believe that someone would pay Amber that much to hang around eating and trashing their house.
 
I don't think she really needs the antidepressants. If she would stick to a diet and exercise plan and maybe find a hobby she would be a lot better off. Shes depressed and has anxiety because shes so fat and taking something that makes you feel less shitty about a problem you aren't willing to properly address isn't going to make anything better. She should try to go back on the phentermine, there are so many diet clinics that hand that stuff out like candy in areas like where she lives and it's a lot cheaper than therapy and antidepressants. Of course since the last time she was on it she has put on a lot of weight so she might not be healthy enough to take it. Anyone remember why she stopped taking it? Didn't it make her sleepy or was it a blood pressure issues?
 
I'm no doctor or anything, but according to the DSM in order to have depression the individual must be experiencing five or more symptoms during the same 2-week period and at least one of the symptoms should be either (1) depressed mood or (2) loss of interest or pleasure.

1. Depressed mood most of the day, nearly every day.
2. Markedly diminished interest or pleasure in all, or almost all, activities most of the day, nearly every day.
3. Significant weight loss when not dieting or weight gain, or decrease or increase in appetite nearly every day.
4. A slowing down of thought and a reduction of physical movement (observable by others, not merely subjective feelings of restlessness or being slowed down).
5. Fatigue or loss of energy nearly every day.
6. Feelings of worthlessness or excessive or inappropriate guilt nearly every day.
7. Diminished ability to think or concentrate, or indecisiveness, nearly every day.
8. Recurrent thoughts of death, recurrent suicidal ideation without a specific plan, or a suicide attempt or a specific plan for committing suicide.

Does this fit our girl, or is dysthymia a better fit?

Cunty as hell lately. That's the main difference between AL videos from the start of the channel vs now, it's the same gorl but she gained a cunty attitude (along with her weight). The cycle of getting concerned comments & brushing them off would be less annoying if she admitted to having made a mistake once the weight piles back on.

She buys very stretchy clothes, and stretches them out slowly over time by wearing the same clothes every day. She ruins the clothes, they look transparent/pilled/holey after being subjected to such a ridiculous endurance test. They will never shrink back down after such extreme stretching (just like ALs skin).
 
She took phentermine for like four days. She was scared of it. I can't remember her exact reason for quitting but it was something stupid
 
She said it gave her high blood pressure or rapid heart beat, but I feel like she had an at home bp cuff. Curious what her pre phentermine bp was.

I honestly think she was looking for side effects. I think she made herself anxious at the thought of not wanting to eat. D’s lovely mama shelled out big bucks and time to have her try it out, and then homegirls quits right away. The same thing she has done to anyone else who has been kind hearted and bought her a weight watchers membership or anything else. She doesn’t even have remorse for wasting their money. Hard earned money. AM needs to repay these people with her easy made money now that she is rolling rich. But she won’t.

She never made and will never make enough money to pay them back. Not counting for the emotional duress and whatever psychological scares scars she caused to those people, there was a lot of money used on "raising" her.

For at least 5 years strangers fed, housed and put clothes on her back. They also drove her around, took her to doctors' appointments and paid for any medicine she needed. Those people also paid for all the fluff Amber wanted (and probably threw tantrums until she got them) like makeup and "jewelry".

According to the first result I got from Google, it takes an average of $13.900/year to have a teenager. A normal teenager who doesn't eat a whole giant pizza on their own, nor needs 6X clothes.

Say you earned 500k first year on YouTube..what can you do with it? You can't stand comfortably, go on rides , go travelling , do physical activities ,wipe your own butt, get weird looks everywhere , lose any friends you have coz you cant do the same things they do .. does it seem like it's worth it now?

If she had a brain in her fucking nut she'd have purchased a house if she makes as much money as she claims. She never thinks past the next binge. I don't think she cares about not being mobile anymore than she cares about having friends. She needs enablers and in order to have those she has to dupe low IQ lesbians with low self-esteem into thinking they're needed. The only way to do that is to make herself seem dependent all the while making them the dependent ones. It's pretty fucking sick actually.
