Most of those conditions are vague chronic pain/fatigue syndromes that are impossible to definitively diagnose. Most of the other conditions are consequences of being a fatass. It's also amusing that she includes acne, keratosis pilaris (harmless tiny skin bumps) and asteatotis cutis (dry skin) as if they are serious medical conditions. Anything to make her look sicker, I suppose.

I think she just assumes most people won't know what those are. Or that they won't Google them. The medical terms sound way scarier than they actually are, but there are unnecessary, horrifying-sounding medical terms for literally any bodily condition you might have. Like trichoptilosis, or split ends.

It's strange that she has so much degenerative joint disease at such a young age (spondylosis and neck pain.) Usually older people get that. Those conditions can be treated/ helped by physical therapy and exercises, but I guess Amanda prefers to just take pain meds and stay in bed all the time.
 
I can't remember if someone posted it a while back, but the fact she has a feeding tube -is- the reason she's gaining weight. People who actually need feeding tubes are in a vegetative state, and all those nutrients have nowhere to go so they end up being fat storage.

What it boils down to is that she's convinced herself so much that she has all these problems, she remains bed-ridden, using her feeding tube... And... There you have the finished product. Or at least the fat part.
 
 
Why does she always have to wear a hat? It just makes her look more autistic.
