I used to check in on this cow way back. She approaches eating tasty looking meals and treats with the same kind of vigor as licking a dirty asshole. She's so visibly disgusted by what's on her plate, her anemic "mmmmm"s really used to make me lol. I checked it on her and it looks like she's actually gained weight and might very well be (finally) recovering.

Her stream still resembles Virgie Tovar's actual diet, so there's no way she's eating all of it, but she no longer looks like she's knocking at death's door. She's retreated down to the landing of the stoop.

Normally I would say there's barely any difference here, but with Aly this is a HUGE leap. I hope she can stick with it and honestly call herself "real recovred" some day. Of course that's not gonna happen if she keeps calling every meal she doesn't eat a "recoverywin" but I'm still rooting for her.

Wow, 10 pounds gained in 2+ years of "recovery", and a BMI that's likely still around 15-16. Such a brave ED worrier.

I've seen a lot worse. At least she isn't a skeleton covered in a 2 millimeter layer of skin covered in unhealed pockmarks and wounds like Ashley Isaacs.
