They are both. They are very much still into the "might makes right" mindset of hunter gatherers and women and children are good targets because they aren't worth as much as a man. They are also incredibly superstitious so include the stupid African Nigger shit like Albinos and gold or raping virgins cures AIDS and some of the shit the abbos believe is right up there. It does vary slightly group to group but the themes are the same. They have less access to handguns but they do like to stab. Also incredibly abusive to animals.

The best thing about them is that there aren't many and they tend to isolate themselves on their communities. The ones you hear about in cities are probably only 1/4 Abbo at most, just like me, so I don't really count them. The bush abbos don't consider mixes proper abbos either.

If they reported genuine numbers -- i.e. people who want work but have given up trying to find it (just that alone is enough to do it) -- people who pay attention to such numbers would shit actual bricks.

Tacking on lazy niggers would be easy -- what percentage of the population is black and not working? Add that percentage to the unemployment total. Cue fresh panic as people realize how fucking bad the problem actually is.

Agreed. Literally any direct action any court or legislature has ever taken concerning a "clogged" court system involves dismissing legitimate charges or fast-tracking convictions that don't include prison terms. Ironically it never occurs to them to expand the courts (usually bureaucracies want to grow, but for some reason most court systems don't seem too eager to grow themselves) by adding more courtrooms and/or judges or bolstering legal staff (clerks, archivists, etc.).

This will translate directly to fewer niggers being prosecuted for crimes, and fewer convictions resulting in prison time for the niggers who do get prosecuted.

We've bred dogs for millenia to have good temperments. Wild animals discipline their young and predators eat animals that don't learn. Blacks have no predators to force them to become better. They have no eugenics practices to make every generation better. They have no need to plan for the future due to the climate of Africa. They live every day in a whimsical fantasy world where they actually believe they did nothing wrong when they steal from stores.

How much of black anger is them looking at the world around them, not understanding a damn thing and all the feelings of frustration and inferiority that comes with that? Think back to when you were in elementary or middle school. Did you have a class where you weren't getting something and that really upset you and made you feel inadequate? Do you remember how you finally figured it out and moved past that? Imagine that doesn't happen. Now imagine that's 90% of daily life. Really think about that.
