Yeah it's one thing if Chud said the n-word in public and black people walked 10, a few dozen or hundred feet to confront and assault him over a word. It's another when Chud is saying it and confronting the black people. If your point of saying the N-word in public, is that you should say it without getting physically attacked, don't seek out and approach a black person, let the offended black people do the confronting. Also have body cams on yourself, because that will definitely save you.

The good news is, that guy now has to sit on the witness stand and be asked, "did you consider just ...not physically attacking him??"

If Chud is smart, he'll make his own lawyer put him on the stand. Normally, your lawyer is going to tell you that's a bad idea, and normally it is. If you the defendant take the stand, then you have to endure cross examination. But in this case, cross examination is going to be an SJW prosecutor asking questions like, "didn't you anticipate that uttering the magic word would make the precious BIPOCS attack you??" and he can say, "I anticipated that you, the state, would secure for me my freedom of speech - why aren't you doing that??"

The judge is not going to allow Chud to claim self defense. Quote me on this. He will not be allowed to argue in court that he feared for his life and thus had to defend himself. The only defense he'll be allowed to mount is stuff like, "I'm not the one who fired the gun" - a defense that definitely wont work. He has to take the stand and let the prosecution imply that whites aren't allowed to say the magic word.

A fundamental issue for this case is that while you may be morally and logically correct, when you carry a firearm it is your responsibility to avoid trouble and the courts do not look kindly upon a man with a gun provoking anything.
Especially when the sacred negro is involved.

The biggest failing our civilization is guilty of is in failing to enforce the penalty for violence: violent self-defense in response. We have known for centuries, through experience, that niggers cannot be taught not to be violent. The closest we've ever come to ensuring their non-violent compliance with laws and expectations is the never-ending, looming threat of violence in response to any violent outbursts.

I have no problem "freeing" them from slavery (my understanding is they were shitty laborers to begin with). My problem is that we didn't continue the tradition of hurting them badly when they tried to hurt us after we freed them.

Exercising your second amendment right to bear arms does not magically "cancel" your first amendment right to freedom of speech, either.

I get your point, but that needs to be fought too. It's a rather large fight. This nonsense of "oh hey you have a gun, thou shalt avoid trouble at all times" needs to be deconstructed, too (that line of reasoning is really an anti-gun-rights, pro-gun-control argument in disguise anyway -- it's meant to weaken you despite being armed, giving the state more ways to punish you for protecting yourself). Carrying the gun is avoiding trouble, namely because if trouble arises, I can fucking shoot it.

Here's an assertion that'll blow your mind: if I'm visibly armed, and I walk up to you and say "hey, go fuck yourself, what do you think about that?" You're still not justified in physically attacking me (and you're pretty stupid for doing so since I'm armed and all). I still haven't threatened you. Even if I'm literally daring you to hit me, you're still not justified in doing so. Yes, it means I'm being a cunt, and you have other reasonable options to deal with me, but just taking a swing isn't among them. Only nigger neanderthals cannot imagine any other means of conflict resolution besides violence.
